The battery powered long-lever sander further includes a driving system connected to the sanding disc and configured to drive the sanding disc to run. The driving system is electrically connected to a driving power source, and the driving power source is a battery pack so that the sander can be used without limitations of plugging of a power wire and thus can be used more conveniently.
HANDHELD SANDING DEVICE
A handheld sanding device according to the present invention includes: a power generation unit configured to generate rotating force for sanding operation; a power transmission unit configured to be coupled to the power generation unit, and to transmit the rotating force generated by the power generation unit; a sanding unit configured to be rotated by the rotating force, transmitted through the power transmission unit, in order to sand a sanding target surface; and a shaft coupling unit configured to connect the power transmission unit and the sanding unit to each other so that the sanding unit is freely inclined based on the power transmission unit, thereby improving the close contact between the sanding target surface and the sanding unit while making it easy to carry and also preventing the sanding target surface from being eccentrically worn during sanding operation.
Pole sander
A handheld pole sander is provided including an elongate body having two ends, an electric motor electrically controlled by control electronics, and a sanding head attached via a pivot mechanism to a first end of the elongate body. The sanding head includes a hood and an output spindle projecting from the hood and rotatably driven by the electric motor. At least part of the elongate body includes a heat conductive part being at least partially made of heat conductive material. The control electronics are mounted on the elongate body adjacent to or in direct contact with the heat conductive part of the elongate body.
Pole sander
A pole sander is provided including an elongate body including a passageway for passage of air, an electric motor, and a sanding head attached via a pivot mechanism to a first end of the elongate body. The sanding head includes a hood including a plate and a sidewall to form a chamber, an output spindle projecting from the hood and rotatably driven by the electric motor, and a tubular passage including a first end forming an opening and a second end coupled to an aperture formed through the plate. A flexible pipe is disposed between the passageway at the first end of the elongate body and the opening of the tubular passage to fluidly connect the passageway to the chamber. The tubular passage is oriented at least partially around a portion of the output spindle in a turning direction of the output spindle and extending angularly from the plate.
POWER TOOL
A power tool includes an electric motor including multi-phase windings; and a control circuit for controlling the electric motor to rotate. The control circuit includes a driver circuit including multiple switching elements having multiple driving states to drive the electric motor to rotate; a parameter detection module for detecting an electrical parameter of the control circuit; and a controller for outputting a pulse-width modulation (PWM) control signal to control the driver circuit to change the multiple driving states. The controller is configured to change the absolute value of the variation of a duty cycle of the PWM control signal according to the electrical parameter to control a steady-state error of the electric motor running in a constant speed to be within a preset range.
Pole sander
A pole sander is provided including an elongate body having a first end and a second end, an electric motor, and a sanding head attached via a pivot mechanism to the first end of the elongate body. The sanding head includes a hood including a plate and a peripheral wall formed on the underside of the plate around an edge of the plate; an output spindle that projects from the hood and is rotatably driven by the electric motor around a rotational axis; and a brush ring mounted on the underside of the plate adjacent the edge of the plate inside of the peripheral wall. The brush ring is attached to the plate via a spring comprising at least one of a leaf spring or a wave spring.
LONG ROD POLISHING DEVICE
A long rod polishing device includes a prismatic or columnar battery, a battery mounting portion, an electric motor, a pad, and a rod portion. The battery is mountable to the battery mounting portion. The electric motor is driven by an electric power from the battery. The pad has a polishing surface and moves by a driving force from the electric motor. The rod portion has an end portion to which the pad is coupled. The battery mounted to the battery mounting portion has a longest side. The longest side has a direction so as to form an angle with respect to a second imaginary straight line. The second imaginary straight line is perpendicular to both of a center axis of the rod portion and a first imaginary straight line. The first imaginary straight line is perpendicular to the center axis and parallel to the polishing surface of the pad.
Monopodic Sander and Method for Operating the Same
A monopodic sander is provided for an operator to sand a surface. The monopodic sander comprises a rotary sanding head for contacting the surface and an extendable actuator rod having one end pivotally coupled to the rotary sanding head. The monopodic sander further comprises a controller handle operatively coupled to the one end of the extendable actuator rod to allow the operator to select a pressure applied by the rotary sanding head against the surface.
