Quick release device of brake cylinder
A quick release device of a brake cylinder includes: a first support iron plate; a second support iron plate installed with an interval from a side of the first support iron plate; an iron plate ejector, installed between the first and second support iron plates, for expanding the relative distance between the first and second support iron plates; a wrench assembly, sheathed on the iron plate ejector in a quick release status; and at least one quick release portion, installed at a relative position of the iron plate ejector and the second support iron plate, so that the second support iron plate is in a quick release status.
Switching device for ratchet wrench
A ratchet wrench includes a head with a driving member located in a first room thereof. A clip is engaged with a first groove in the first room and a second groove in the driving member to retain the driving member in the first room. A pawl is received in a second room defined in the inside of the first room and engaged with the driving member. The pawl has a lip on the rear side thereof. A switching device is located in a third room communicating with the second room and outside of the wrench. The lip is inserted in a slot in the switching device. The switching device has a board which is rested on the lip and pushes either one of the two inclined faces of the recess in the rear side of the pawl to change the ratcheting engagement between the pawl and the driving member.
RATCHET WRENCHES
The ratchet mechanism comprises a head portion with a circular central housing, the inner surface adjoining the handle portion having a further recess characterized by a plurality of engagement ramp profiles arranged not unlike low angled gear teeth within the recess arc. A pawl is located within the recess, with a corresponding plurality of engagement ramp profiles abutting the recess engagement ramp profiles and incorporating an inner facing toothed face of similar corresponding pitch and profiles as the drive element teeth in order that they can mechanically mesh into one another when ratchet is operated in the drive direction, the pawl inward force being substantially evenly distributed along the pawl toothed front face by the use of several similar engagement ramp profiles urging all the pawl teeth into the required locking engagement with the drive element simultaneously.
PAWL CONTROL DEVICE FOR RATCHET WRENCH
A ratchet wrench includes a handle and a head through which a hole is defined. A recess is defined in the inner periphery of the hole. A driving member is rotatably received in the hole. A pawl and a positioning member are respectively located in two respective ends of the recess. A spring is connected between the pawl and the positioning member. The pawl has a slot defined in a lateral side thereof so as to be connected to one end of the spring. The positioning member is a resilient member and has an engaging portion and a curved portion. An opening is defined between the engaging portion and the curved portion. The other end of the spring is engaged with the opening. The spring linearly biased between the pawl and the positioning member to engage the pawl with the driving member.
DENTAL TORQUE WRENCH
A torque wrench as a ratchet instrument for medical technology, including receiving opening which has head region, neck region adjoining head region, rod-shaped actuating lever fastened to neck region for application of torque to the head region, and enclosure forming receiving opening of head region. Furthermore, torque wrench includes spring clip and latching lug formed thereon. The latching lug in rest position of latching lug protrudes into receiving opening and in entraining portion of latching lug is intended to interact with counterpart surface of insertion instrument inserted into enclosure during rotation in tightening direction of actuating lever in entraining position. The latching lug is intended to move into release position during rotation contrary to tightening direction against force of spring clip, in order to provide free running between head region and insertion instrument. The enclosure has break extending over entire cross-section of enclosure and forms spring clip.
Internal gear retention mechanism
A retaining structure for a drive gear of a ratchet wrench. The drive gear has a partial internal bore that receives a gear retainer that is coupled to the tool housing via screws. The gear retainer can further be rotatably coupled to the drive gear to retain the drive gear within the head of the tool without requiring a cover plate. By potentially avoiding the cover plate, the ratchet wrench head can be thinner compared to conventional ratchet wrenches and the ratchet wrench seal can be improved.
RATCHET WRENCH
A ratchet wrench includes a first room, a second room, an engaging portion, a third room and a first groove in the function end thereof. Multiple ratchet wheels are received in the third room and one of which is rotatably received in the first room. Each ratchet wheel includes a first pivotal portion, a second pivotal portion and a first toothed portion which is defined in a curved and concaved manner in the outer periphery of the ratchet wheel. A pawl is located in the second room and has a second toothed portion which is engaged with the first toothed portion of the ratchet wheel. The distance defined between the deepest point of the first toothed portion to the first pivotal portion or the second pivotal portion is larger than the distance that the ratchet wheel shifts relative to the pawl within the first room.
Ratchet wrench
A ratchet wrench may include a main body, a cylinder, a first sleeve, and a second sleeve. The main body has a head portion and a shank, and a first through hole horizontally penetrates through the head portion, and the cylinder is coupled in the first through hole. The inner peripheries of two ends of the cylinder respectively comprise continuous teeth to form a first tool hole and a second tool hole, and the first tool hole and the second tool hole can respectively receive a first sleeve and a second sleeve which respectively have a third tool hole and a fourth tool hole thereon. Also, the first sleeve and the second sleeve are detachable from the cylinder to install needed sleeves with different diameters of tool holes, which greatly increases the consumer purchasing intentions.
Hand tool available for operating screw members of three different specifications
A hand tool includes a body provided with a mounting portion. The mounting portion includes six first recessed portions, six second recessed portions, and six locking faces. Each of the first recessed portions includes two grooves. Each of the second recessed portions includes two first arcuate faces and a second arcuate face. Each of the locking faces has a planar shape and is arranged between two of the second recessed portions. Each of the first recessed portions is arranged on one of the locking faces. The locking faces define an imaginary hexagonal portion having six sides coinciding with the locking faces respectively. The mounting portion of the body is mounted on a screw member. The screw member has six ribs received in the second recessed portions. Each of the ribs rests on one of the first arcuate faces.
ONE-WAY WRENCH SWITCHABLE BETWEEN TWO MODES
A one-way wrench includes a handle, a toothed wheel, a detent, a rod and a gear train. The handle includes a shank and a head. The head is formed at an end of the shank and includes a chamber in communication with the tunnel. The toothed wheel is rotationally inserted in the chamber of the head. The detent is pivotally connected to the head and elastically engaged with the toothed wheel so that the head rotates the toothed wheel in a one-way manner. The rod is movable in the tunnel of the shank in a reciprocated manner. The gear train is arranged between the rod and the toothed wheel to convert the reciprocating of the rod to on-and-off rotation of the toothed wheel.
