Ratcheting wrench
A ratcheting wrench with ratchet heads coupled to a handle via a pin. The pin includes two ball detents that couple to the teeth of the spline in and an indent inside an opening of the ratchet head. The wrench can therefore be easily used in low profile applications and quickly adjusted due to the dual ball detent configuration of the pin.
POWER RATCHET TOOL CAPABLE OF ACCESSING NARROW AND ELONGATED SPACES
A power ratchet tool capable of accessing narrow and elongated spaces includes a handle, a head, and a mounting cover. The handle has a transmission device having an idler and an eccentric spindle. The idler has a toothed portion. The eccentric spindle has a gear portion and an abutting portion. The gear portion engages with the toothed portion. The head is mounted to the handle and has a length being between 3 inches and 28 inches, an extended housing and a bushing. The extended housing is mounted to the handle and has a receiving groove. The receiving groove is recessed in the extended housing. The bushing is received in the receiving groove. The handle and the head are mounted together by the mounting cover. The abutting portion of the eccentric spindle abuts against the bushing, such that the bushing sleeves the eccentric spindle.
Driving tool
A driving tool includes a housing, a follower assembly at an end of the housing, a driving assembly at another end of the housing, and a pressing handle. The driving assembly includes a first driving member, a second driving member, and a one-way rotation structure between the first driving member and the second driving member. The pressing handle is engaged with the first driving member to drive it to rotate. The first driving member drives the second driving member to rotate toward a specific direction via the one-way rotation structure. Thereby, the follower assembly is driven to rotate toward a specific direction.
Electric ratchet wrench
An electric ratchet wrench includes a body receiving a driving device for driving a fastener. A first transmission device is connected to the driving device. A second transmission device is connected to a power device. A clutch device is mounted between the first and second transmission devices and is normally in a coupling state for driving the fastener. When the clutch device switches to the disengagement state due to a resistance larger than a torque outputted by the power device, the body can be manually driven to overcome the resistance, forcibly driving the fastener through the large-resistance position. The clutch device returns to the coupling state after the fastener passes the large-resistance position.
Impact tool
An impact tool includes a housing, a motor having an output shaft defining a first axis, a drive shaft rotatably supported by the housing about a second axis oriented substantially normal to the first axis, and an impact mechanism coupled between the motor and the drive shaft and operable to impart a striking rotational force to the drive shaft. The impact mechanism includes an anvil rotatably supported by the housing and coupled to the drive shaft and a hammer coupled to the motor to receive torque from the motor and impart the striking rotational force to the anvil. A ratcheting mechanism prevents rotation of the drive shaft in a selected direction relative to the housing and includes first and second pawls movably coupled to one of the drive shaft and the housing, and ratchet teeth defined on the other of the drive shaft and the housing.
ADJUSTABLE FASTENER ENGAGING TOOL
An adjustable fastener engaging tool includes a plurality of jaws slidably disposed in a retainer. An actuator engages a driver jaw resulting in the jaws either moving in a first direction to enlarge a fastener-receiving aperture cooperatively formed by the jaws, or the jaws moving in a second direction to reduce the fastener-receiving aperture to grip or release a fastener.
SLIDE TOOL
A slide tool is provided, including a rod member, a sleeve member, a driving member, a restricting member and a control assembly. The sleeve member has a chamber, the chamber defines an axial direction, the sleeve member is sleeved on the rod member and slidable randomly relative to the rod member, and an interior circumferential wall of the chamber has an annular toothed portion. The driving member is disposed to the sleeve member and rotatable about the axial direction, the driving member includes an abutting portion and a driving portion which are connected to each other, and the abutting portion is located between the rod member and the driving portion. A side of the restricting member has an engaging toothed portion, and the engaging toothed portion is meshed with the annular toothed portion.
Torque wrench
A torque wrench including a head, a handle, a primary beam, a secondary beam, and a torque adjustment mechanism. The primary beam couples the head and the handle for co-rotation about the rotational axis and the primary beam includes a first end adjacent the head and a second end adjacent the handle. The secondary beam is coupled to the head for rotation with the head about the rotational axis and the secondary beam is movable relative to the primary beam and the handle. The torque adjustment mechanism adjusts a torque setting of the primary beam relative to the secondary beam. The torque adjustment mechanism includes a thumb adjustment wheel that a user rotates about a first axis to adjust the torque setting by moving the second end of the primary beam relative to the handle along a second axis offset from the first axis.
SHAFT RATCHET RELEASE AND SEALING MECHANISM
A torque wrench having a handle and an output shaft is disclosed. The output shaft may be constrained to turn only unidirectionally due to a ratchet. Rotation of the output shaft may be permanently disabled by an internal mechanism. Torque imposed on the output shaft may be limited by a torque responsive cam clutch. The handle forms or is part of an enclosure enclosing internal components such as the ratchet, the internal disablement mechanism, and the torque responsive cam clutch. A seal between the body and the output shaft prevents ingress and egress of lubricants and contamination between the inside of the body and the output shaft.
Ratchet Wrenches
A ratchet wrench (1) has a flexible clutch ring (500) that forms the mid part of a laminate-like structure comprising a wrench head (200), the clutch ring (500) and a drive element (40). When under load, the compression forces applied to the clutch ring (500) are substantially dissipated around its circumference (508) and inner surface (509), this inward force clamping upon the inherently strong drive outer surface (45). The laminate-like construction enables a reduction in the width or depth of the wrench head without a loss in strength.
