Wrench Sound Seat Lubrication Structure
A wrench sound seat lubrication structure includes: a seat member having an oil receiving space formed at a hollow internal thereof, a top end of the seat member having an opening formed thereon; one or a plurality of through holes formed to penetrate through a side wall of the seat member and fluidly connected to the oil receiving space; an actuating member pivotally attached to the opening on the top end of the seat member. The user is able to store a lubricant oil inside the oil accommodating space in advance. During use, the lubricant oil is slowly released from the through holes and the top opening, allowing the outer side of the seat member to be lubricated for a long period of time, thereby prolonging its useful lifetime.
Dustproof Structure of Hand Tool
A dustproof structure of a hand tool includes a tool body and a dustproof element. The tool body has a shank. A predetermined portion of the shank is concavely provided with a through hole. The dustproof element is flexible, is provided at the through hole of the shank, and can be opened and closed. The dustproof element closes the through hole when not subjected to an applied force and is elastically deformed to render the through hole into an open state when subjected to the applied force. In normal conditions, therefore, the dustproof element can block foreign matter from entering the through hole. When it is desired to perform a lubricating or adjusting operation on a component in the through hole of the hand tool, the operation can be carried out after directly applying a force to, and thus deforming, the dustproof portion, without having the dustproof element removed.
Disposable instrument for torque control tightening a threaded implant device
An instrument for torque controlled tightening of a threaded device, including a handle, an articulable head that is articulably connected to the handle, the articulable head including a drive ratchet configured to rotate relative to the articulable head and to engage with the threaded device or a tool for engaging with the threaded device, an elastic device arranged at the handle, and a pulling mechanism operatively connecting the articulable head with the handle, the pulling mechanism having a ratchet head mechanism to engage with the drive ratchet of the articulable head, and configured to engage with the elastic device at the handle such that the elastic device is compressed or expanded upon an application of a torque to the drive ratchet and simultaneously the ratchet head mechanism blocks the rotation of the drive ratchet.
Surgical instrument with angled drive shaft
A surgical instrument includes a body having a proximal end and a distal end and defining a lumen extending from the proximal end to the distal end along an axis, the distal end configured to abut an implant, and an anchor rod disposable within the lumen of the body for contacting the implant to secure the implant at the distal end of the body. When the anchor rod is disposed within the lumen of the body in a working configuration, the anchor rod is connected to the body at the proximal end of the body and at the distal end of the body to substantially fix the anchor rod from moving along the axis of the lumen. The body includes a handle, a shaft extending distally from the handle, and a torque limiting mechanism.
Torque wrench for connecting a replaceable instrument tip to a hand piece, system comprising a torque wrench and an instrument tip and method for connecting an instrument tip to a hand piece
Torque wrench for connecting a replaceable instrument tip to a hand piece that carries the replaceable instrument tip in operation, a base element having a receiving region for placing the instrument tip inside the receiving region at least during connecting the instrument tip to the hand piece, a torque wrench mechanism for applying a certain torque when connecting the instrument tip to the hand piece and a housing surrounding the instrument tip being arranged in the receiving region, the housing being preferably transparent, wherein the torque wrench has a guiding structure for aligning the torque wrench relative to the hand piece during arranging the torque wrench on the hand piece, in particular in an interface region of the hand piece, and/or where the housing has an inner surface and an outer surface being concentric to each other over a complete primary region extending at least from the base element to the end of the instrument tip, when the torque wrench is equipped with the instrument tip.
TORQUE-LIMITED INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL DEVICE
In one embodiment a device for tightening and loosening a securing device is provided. The device includes a housing, a shaft, and a clutch assembly. In one embodiment, the clutch assembly includes a clutch activation member, a first friction member coupled to the clutch activation member, and a second friction member coupled to the shaft. When the clutch activation member is in a first position, the clutch activation member engages the first friction member with the second friction member for transmission of torque from the first friction member to the second friction member. When the clutch activation member is in the second position, the clutch activation member disengages the first friction member from the second friction member to prevent transmission of the torque from the first friction member to the second friction member.
Torque adjustment switching structure of torque wrench
A torque adjustment switching structure of a torque wrench is characterized by: a screw hole seat, which is located in the rear section of the torque wrench extension shank; the axial actuating sleeve can be axially advanced and retracted; the rear pull sleeve can be forced against the axial actuating sleeve. The axial movement and the rotary motion: the clutch member has a snapping mode and a disengagement mode with the sliding forward and backward of the backward pulling sleeve; and the rearward pulling sleeve presents a force for axial advance and retreat with respect to a screw, and rotates. The timing mechanism is configured to drive the synchronous rotation of the screw. The limiting member is disposed at a corresponding portion of the screw and the rear sliding sleeve to generate a limiting force for the axial backward sliding state of the backward pulling sleeve.
Ratchet tool
A ratchet tool provided, including: a driver body, including a handle and a working rod connected with the handle, at least one of the handle and the working rod being integrally formed with a first blocking structure; at least one sleeve member, being disposed around and unidirectionally rotatable about the driver body, integrally formed with a second blocking structure, at least one of the first and second blocking structures being configured as a ratcheting structure, the second blocking structure being releasably stuck with the first blocking structure in a rotation direction; wherein when there is a relative torque greater than a predetermined torque between the at least one sleeve member and the driver body, at least one of the first blocking structure and second the blocking structures deforms and the second blocking structure is slidable over the first blocking structure in the rotation direction.
TORQUE SCREWDRIVER
A torque screwdriver includes a sleeve (10), an escape element (20), an elastic body (30) and a shaft (40). The sleeve (10) has a first trough (11), a second trough (12) and a third trough (13). The escape element (20) is disposed in the third trough (13) and rotated with the sleeve (10). The sleeve (10) has driving teeth (22). Each driving tooth (22) has a buffer surface (222). The elastic body (30) is disposed in the sleeve (10) and formed beside the escape element (20). The shaft (40) includes a teeth seat (41) and a rod (43). The teeth seat (41) is disposed in the third trough (13) and has driven teeth (411). Each driven tooth (411) engages or disengages with one of the driving teeth (22). Thereby, the structural strength of each driving tooth can be enhanced to increase durability, and the operational feel also becomes better.
