TORQUE SOCKET
A torque socket includes: a shaft rod, having two sides thereof axially extended with an insertion tenon and a core shaft, wherein the core shaft is axially formed with a shaft hole; and a shaft cylinder, having two sides thereof respectively formed with a shaft slot and a sleeve slot allowing a drive head to be inserted, wherein the shaft cylinder has a recess which is radially formed with a ball hole allowing a ball member to be disposed, the recess has an elastic tube member radially formed with a receiving hole allowing the ball member to be received, so that an elastic effect of the elastic tube member can be provided to the ball member for allowing the ball member to constantly protrude from the sleeve slot, and the ball member is able to be elastically latched in a latch slot of the drive head.
Screwing Tool For Transmitting Two Set Torques
The invention relates to a screwing tool for transmitting a set torque. Two torque-limiting arrangements (5, 7) are provided that are biased by the same spring element (9).
APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR CONNECTOR TORQUE SLEEVE
A torque sleeve for a connector includes a slip ring, a torque ring, a torque spring, and an outer shell. The slip ring includes at least one axial movement inhibiting structure, and a plurality of first teeth having a first sawtooth pattern disposed in an axial direction of the torque sleeve. The torque ring includes at least one radial movement inhibiting structure, and a plurality of second teeth having a second sawtooth pattern disposed in an axial direction of the torque sleeve facing the plurality of first teeth. The torque spring is configured to apply a spring force against the torque ring to encourage movement of the torque ring toward the slip ring. The outer shell is configured to house the slip ring, the torque ring, and the torque spring within the torque sleeve.
Torque Wrench
A dual-beam torque wrench with a linear display and a linear locking member is provided. The torque wrench includes a head that couples to a socket to rotate a fastener or bolt. A housing of torque wrench extends from the head to form a handle. Within the housing forming the handle are two beams: a lever beam that transmits the force from the handle to the head and a deflecting beam that couples to the head and not the handle. The deflecting beam deflects away from the lever beam to indicate that a predetermined torque has been applied. A torque adjustment assembly moves the lever beam relative to the head to set the predetermined torque, and a pin follows the linear display to indicate to the user the set predetermined torque.
Selectively adjustable torque indicating tool
A selectively adjustable torque indicating tool is provided for rotating a mechanical fastener to a predetermined torque setting. The tool includes a pair of supports and a tool bit positioned between the pair of supports and engageable with a mechanical fastener such that when the tool bit, a rotational force is imparted on the mechanical fastener. A spring is coupled to the pair of supports, and operatively coupled to the tool bit. The spring includes a first end portion movable relative to the pair of supports between a neutral position and a torqued position in response to the rotational force being imparted on the mechanical fastener by the tool bit. An adjuster is coupled to the spring to adjust a stiffness of the spring such that movement of the first end portion of the spring from the neutral position to the torqued position corresponds to a predefined rotational force.
Electric power tool configured to operate in a normal mode with a specific stage, and in a measurement mode with a common stage
An electric power tool includes a motor and a controller. The controller is configured to control the motor. Specifically, the controller is configured to operate in at least two modes: a first mode and a second mode. The first mode includes a plurality of stages having different control conditions related to the motor. The second mode includes at least a common stage having control conditions same as those for a specific stage among the plurality of stages of the first mode. The common stage of the second mode starts more quickly than the specific stage of the first mode.
Torque-Limiting Device And Method For The Calibration Thereof
A torque-limiting device having two torque transfer bodies, which, as a consequence of oblique flank contact during relative rotation about an axis, can be moved relative to each other in the direction of the axis against the restoring force of a spring element, which is supported on a shoulder of an abutment, the position of which shoulder is set during calibration of a limiting torque. The torque-limiting device is calibrated by applying a predefined force to the spring element. The resulting spring length defines the axial position of the shoulder of the abutment, which axial position is irreversibly fixed.
Tool torque limiter
A torque limiter can include a housing and a shaft. The housing can include a housing magnet enclosed within the housing. The shaft can be at least partially surrounded by the housing and can be rotatable within the housing. The shaft can include a shaft magnet integrated with the shaft to magnetically couple with the housing magnet to transmit a torque between the housing and the shaft and configured to uncouple from the housing magnet allowing the shaft to rotate within the housing when a threshold torque is reached.
Torque-adjustable tapping apparatus
A torque-adjustable tapping apparatus includes a tap, a wrench and a torque-adjusting mechanism including a shell, a primary adjuster and a clutch. The shell is connected to the wrench. The shell includes an internally threaded section. The primary adjuster includes an externally threaded section engaged with the internally threaded section. The clutch includes an upper gear and a lower gear. The upper gear includes teeth extending from a lower face and at least one restraining cutout in a periphery. The lower gear includes teeth extending from an upper face and a connective rod extending from a lower face. The teeth of the lower gear are engaged with the teeth of the upper gear. The connective rod is connected to the tap. At least one screw is inserted in the restraining cutout through the screw hole. A spring is compressed between the primary adjuster and the upper gear.
Torque Structure
A torque structure includes a first driving member, multiple first transmission members, a second driving member, and multiple second transmission members. The first driving member has a first face and multiple first driving recesses. The first transmission members are received in the first driving recesses. The second driving member has a second face and multiple second driving recesses. The second transmission members are received in the second driving recesses. The second transmission members rest on the first transmission members. The first transmission members rest on the second face. The second transmission members rest on the first face. The second transmission members and the first transmission members are arranged between the first driving member and the second driving member, such that the first driving member and the second driving member drive each other.
