METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR UNLOCKING A CALIBRATABLE ELECTRONIC TORQUE TOOL, TORQUE TESTING DEVICE, AND TORQUE TOOL
A method and system for unlocking a calibratable electronic torque tool and a torque testing device and the calibratable electronic torque tool. To unlock the calibratable electronic torque tool, a tool head of the calibratable electronic torque tool is coupled to the torque testing device and a direct data link is established. The calibratable electronic torque tool and the torque testing device separately determine torque test values, which are transferred to a data processing device of the torque testing device and compared with each. If the difference between the torque test values is within a specified or specifiable tolerance range, an unlocking signal is transferred to the calibratable electronic torque tool via the data link and the calibratable electronic torque tool is unlocked by overriding a lock via the transferred unlocking signal.
Folding torque wrench with fast adjustable torque value
A folding torque wrench includes a bar body, a connection rod the front end of which is pivotally connected with the bar body, a tubular body fitted on the connection rod and a torque adjustment mechanism having at least one elastic member and an adjustment member. A threaded section of rear end of the connection rod is screwed in a threaded hole of the adjustment member. The threaded section of the connection rod and the threaded hole of the adjustment member are formed as a first threaded section and a second threaded section. The first threaded section is at least double-start threads. When rotating the adjustment member by one circle, the adjustment member is moved in the longitudinal direction of the connection rod by a travel, which is over two time the pitch of the first threaded section. The torque value of the wrench can be quickly greatly adjusted only by means of rotating the adjustment member by few circles.
TORQUE WRENCH
A torque wrench comprising a head portion having a socket drive for engaging a fastener to be tightened via a suitable socket and a handle portion having a grip for applying force to the drive via a releasable holding mechanism, wherein the releasable holding mechanism is adapted to allow the head portion to pivot with respect to the handle portion when the torque wrench is used to applied to predetermined torque to the socket drive, wherein the torque wrench further comprises at least one electronic sensor for measuring the torque applied to the socket drive and display means for displaying the measured torque.
Apparatus and methods for connector torque sleeve
A torque sleeve for a connector includes a slip ring, a torque ring, a torque spring, and an outer shell. The slip ring includes at least one axial movement inhibiting structure, and a plurality of first teeth having a first sawtooth pattern disposed in an axial direction of the torque sleeve. The torque ring includes at least one radial movement inhibiting structure, and a plurality of second teeth having a second sawtooth pattern disposed in an axial direction of the torque sleeve facing the plurality of first teeth. The torque spring is configured to apply a spring force against the torque ring to encourage movement of the torque ring toward the slip ring. The outer shell is configured to house the slip ring, the torque ring, and the torque spring within the torque sleeve.
TORQUE WRENCH CAPABLE OF MAINTAINING ACCURACY OF TORQUE VALUE
The invention provides a torque wrench capable of maintaining accuracy of torque value, comprising a tube; and a rod, a trip mechanism, an elastic element, and an adjustment mechanism installed on the tube. The adjustment mechanism has a handle and a moving member, when the handle is rotated, the moving member can be driven to displace along a longitudinal direction of the tube, so as to change an elastic force exerted by the elastic element to the trip mechanism; an adjustment rod is threadedly connected into the moving member, rotating the adjustment rod is capable of displacing the adjustment rod relative to the moving member, so that a front end of the adjustment rod protrudes from the moving member and exerts pressure on the elastic element. Thereby, the torque wrench can be restored to a correct torque value by simply rotating the adjustment rod.
Torque wrench
A torque wrench includes a main body, a holder, an adjusting member, and at least one first washer. The main body has a receiving recess. The holder has a first threaded portion. The adjusting member is provided with a second threaded portion, a head portion, a first abutting face, a second abutting face, and an annular groove. The at least one first washer is mounted in the annular groove of the adjusting member. Thus, when the head portion is moved toward the holder by rotation of the second threaded portion relative to the first threaded portion, the at least one first washer is moved to abut the holder, thereby providing a buffering effect between the head portion and the holder, and thereby preventing the head portion from directly hitting the holder.
TORQUE SOCKET TOOL
A torque socket tool is provided, including: a main body, a driving member, an engaging member, a torque adjustment assembly and a rotating member. The main body defines an axial direction and has a first restricting portion. The driving member is rotatably disposed on the main body about the axial direction. The engaging member is slidably disposed on the main body. The torque adjustment assembly includes a mandrel. The mandrel is disposed within the main body and rotatable about the axial direction. The rotating member is non-rotatably sleeved with the mandrel and has a second restricting portion.
MEDICAL TORQUE TIGHTENING DEVICE AND METHOD
A torque tightening device having a gripping handle, an axial rod associated with the gripping handle and arranged to carry a tightening tool and containing a rigid body. A peripheral ring mounted on a fluted tube has a spiral thread, onto which is threaded an end tip of the body, in the form of a threaded bushing, the thread of which is complementary to the thread engaged with same. The peripheral ring is linked to the fluted tube and the end tip is linked to the body. The two threads link the fluted tube and the body. Rotation of the body causes the fluted tube to move in a linear manner. In practice, each “click” of the mechanism moves the fluted tube, for example, a fraction of a turn, and causes the two elements to move axially relative to each other, to disconnect the gripping handle and the axial rod.
Torque socket having torque value indication
A torque socket having torque value indication, includes: a main body, one side thereof axially disposed with an insertion part and another side thereof axially formed with an accommodation slot, wherein at least one guiding tenon and an indication ring are radially and axially disposed on an outer circumference of the accommodation slot respectively, an outer circumference of the indication ring is annularly provided with torque value marks; a torque adjusting assembly, including a spring and a shaft cylinder, wherein an outer circumference of shaft cylinder is radially formed with an arc-shaped guiding slot allowing the guiding tenon to be inserted, the shaft cylinder can axially compress the spring for adjusting a torque value; and an end cover ring, having an indication mark at an outer circumference thereof. Accordingly, the indication mark can be aimed at one of the torque value marks for displaying a locking torque value.
HEAD STABILIZATION DEVICE WITH DETACHABLE TORQUE APPLICATOR
A head stabilization device includes a stabilization assembly and an applicator to control an amount of force that a stabilization feature applies to the head of the patient. The applicator includes a torque control feature that ensures a desired torque setting is not exceeding during use. The applicator can be detached from the remainder of the system such that the head stabilization device is usable without having a connected torque controlling feature or structures. The applicator in one version controls torque by adjusting a bending length of a pair of arms that extend within the applicator.
