a kit (15) comprising a sanitary faucet (3) and the tool (1); and
the use of the tool (1) for actuating an adjustment element (2) of a sanitary faucet (3).
Torque Wrench
A torque wrench including a head, a handle, a primary beam, a secondary beam, and a torque adjustment mechanism. The primary beam couples the head and the handle for co-rotation about the rotational axis and the primary beam includes a first end adjacent the head and a second end adjacent the handle. The secondary beam is coupled to the head for rotation with the head about the rotational axis and the secondary beam is movable relative to the primary beam and the handle. The torque adjustment mechanism adjusts a torque setting of the primary beam relative to the secondary beam. The torque adjustment mechanism includes a thumb adjustment wheel that a user rotates about a first axis to adjust the torque setting by moving the second end of the primary beam relative to the handle along a second axis offset from the first axis.
TORQUE TOOL USING COLORS FOR IDENTIFICATION
A torque tool includes a handle, a pointer and a color ring. The handle is operable to set limits of torque. The pointer is formed on the handle. The color ring includes colored areas corresponding to the limits of torque. The color ring is rotatable around the handle to align one of the colored areas with the pointer to indicate that the handle is ready to transfer torque no larger than a corresponding one of the limits of torque.
TORQUE LIMITER
A torque limiter for a surgical screwdriver that includes an outer sleeve (1); a snap sleeve (3), which is arranged in and rotates with the outer sleeve; a rolling element cage (6), which is arranged in the snap sleeve; an inner sleeve (10), which is arranged in the rolling element cage; and a force-transmitting shaft (11), which is received in and rotates with the inner sleeve. The inner wall of the outer sleeve is provided with recesses (8) that extend parallel to a rotational axis of the force-transmitting shaft. The rolling element cage is provided with a plurality of rolling element receiving areas (5), each of which holds a rolling element (4), and with a number of noses (7), which engage into the recesses. The inner sleeve is provided with a plurality of notches (9), which extend in a V-shape parallel to the axis and which receive the rolling elements.
MAGNETICALLY LOCKING MECHANISM OF A TORQUE WRENCH
Disclosed in the present application is a magnetically locking mechanism of a torque wrench. It includes a main tube and an adjusting tube. One end of the adjusting tube is coaxially sleeved at the tail end of the main tube, and the other end of the adjusting tube is connected to an adjusting screw. A locking sheath is sleeved outside the adjusting tube at an end close to a head end of the main tube. An inner wall of one end of the locking sheath close to the head of the main tube is formed with a cam surface. A hole is opened in the adjusting tube at a position corresponding to the cam surface. An outer wall of the main tube is provided with a plurality of long groove along an axis of the main tube.
HYPOCYCLOID REDUCTION GEARLESS SPRING WASHER TORQUE LIMITING DEVICE
Disposable torque-limiting gearless device with speed reduction. Torque-limiting interfaces having a plurality of undulations arranged around an axial bore or drive socket and separated by a plurality of transition regions configured to engage and disengage to provide torque transmission with predetermined torque limits at various rotational speeds and for amounts of actuations while remaining within a specified operational range. The reduction assembly integral to the gearless torque limiting assembly provides a drive shaft having an input segment, an eccentric segment, and an output segment, wherein the input segment and the output segment each have a centerline running along a same first axis, and wherein the eccentric segment has a center line running along a second axis, the second axis being parallel to the first axis and positioned a first distance away from the first axis.
TORQUE WRENCH WITH IMPROVED TORQUE SETTING ADJUSTMENT
A torque wrench (100, 400) may include a body (410), a force detector (420) operably coupled to the body and configured to detect a bending force applied to the body, and a user interface (140) operably coupled to the body and the force detector. The user interface may be configured to include a setting mode in which a variable feature of the torque wrench is adjustable. The user interface may be further configured to, when in the setting mode, adjust the variable feature based on the bending force applied to the body and detected by the force detector.
TORQUE TOOL
A torque tool is provided, including: a main body, a driving portion, a torque mechanism and an adjusting mechanism. The main body defines an axial direction. The driving portion is disposed on an end of the main body. The torque mechanism is non-rotatably disposed within the main body. The adjusting mechanism includes a plurality of first engaging portions disposed on the main body and an adjusting member rotatably disposed on the main body, and the adjusting member includes a plurality of second engaging portions releasably engaged with the plurality of first engaging portions. The main body defines a center line parallel to the axial direction, and as viewed in the axial direction, hypothetical lines extending between the plurality of second engaging portions and the center line define a plurality of included angles, and at least two of the plurality of included angles have different angle sizes.
Torque Wrench
A torque wrench includes a driving device having a connecting rod pivotably connected to a body. The connecting rod is pivotably connected to a head of the driving device and is pivotable between first and second positions.
