Torque screwdriver device
A torque screwdriver device is provided, including: a housing, including a barrel and a cover coveringly connected with the barrel; an input shaft portion, rotatably assembled with the barrel; an output shaft portion, rotatably assembled with the barrel and including a socket mechanism; a torque clutch mechanism, including a first engaging portion disposed on the input shaft portion and a second engaging portion disposed on the output shaft portion, an elastic preload member biasing one of the first and second engaging portions, and a first bearing mechanism, the first bearing mechanism including a stop member abutted against the housing, a support member and at least one low friction member disposed between the stop member and the support member, at least one of the stop member and the support member being movable relative to the at least one low friction member.
TORQUE TOOL SYSTEM
By way of non-limiting example, the present approaches use a combination of at least a load cell sensor and a strain gauge sensor to provide near real time and real time data to a microprocessor for evaluation of the torque applied to a work piece. The microprocessor is further configured to communicate data obtained from the at least two sensors to a remote data monitoring, storage or analysis platform. In one or more implementations, the data obtained by the microprocessor from the at least two sensors include the ability to track if any adjustments are erroneously made to the torque application tool itself or if the torque application tool is configured to send an incorrect signal that corresponds to the amount of torque applied to a workpiece.
Tool for securing a clamp
A tool and method of securing a clamp is provided. The tool includes a first handle having a first jaw portion on one end. An arm is pivotally coupled to the first handle, the having a second jaw portion on one end. A second handle is adjacent the first handle. A force adjustment mechanism is rotatably coupled between the arm and the second handle. The force adjustment mechanism has a biasing member operably coupled between the arm and an adjustment member, the force adjustment mechanism further having at least one bearing member disposed between the arm and the adjustment member. The second handle is arranged to rotate relative to the arm based at least in part on a force applied on the second handle by the biasing member via the at least one bearing member.
HAND TOOL WITH ADJUSTABLE FASTENING HEAD AND VARIABLE OUTPUT TORQUE
A hand tool for fastening a fastener, such as a screw. The hand tool comprises a handle and a rotatable fastening head connected to a first end of the handle, and engaged with a manually driven actuator. The hand tool further comprises a fixed fastening head connected to a second end of the handle, which is configured to apply a configurable fastening torque to the fastener The fixed fastening head is selectively pivotable with respect to the handle about an axis parallel to the center axis of the fixed fastening head.
Multiple-Slope or Multiple Offset Tool Mechanism
Use of multiple-slope and/or multiple-offset mechanism or equivalent to address the issues with current mechanical clickers that have single-slope spring mechanism. The varying-slope can be a continuously varying-slope non-linear spring, or a combination of discretely varying multiple-slope springs. This invention is useful for clicker type torque wrenches, clicker type torque screw drivers, beam type torque wrenches, beam type torque screw drivers and shock absorbers. The present invention is equally applicable to clickers that click in both the CW (clockwise) and CCW (counterclockwise) directions or clickers that click only in one direction. The invention is generally characterized by placing a non-linear spring or combination of springs in the tool body to achieve multiple slope operation rather than using one single slope spring.
DENTAL TORQUE WRENCH
A torque wrench as a ratchet instrument for medical technology, including receiving opening which has head region, neck region adjoining head region, rod-shaped actuating lever fastened to neck region for application of torque to the head region, and enclosure forming receiving opening of head region. Furthermore, torque wrench includes spring clip and latching lug formed thereon. The latching lug in rest position of latching lug protrudes into receiving opening and in entraining portion of latching lug is intended to interact with counterpart surface of insertion instrument inserted into enclosure during rotation in tightening direction of actuating lever in entraining position. The latching lug is intended to move into release position during rotation contrary to tightening direction against force of spring clip, in order to provide free running between head region and insertion instrument. The enclosure has break extending over entire cross-section of enclosure and forms spring clip.
DYNAMIC OFF-AXIS TORQUE WRENCH COMPENSATION
A torque wrench is provided that extends along a longitudinal axis and includes a head, a body, and a torque adjustment assembly. The head is shaped and adapted to engage at least one of a fastener or a torque-application adaptor aligned with a torque axis. The body includes a handle and a click-pivot assembly. The click-pivot assembly includes first and second members coupled by a link, and is configured to indicate application of a predetermined amount of torque via the handle. The head is pivotally coupled to the body via the torque adjustment assembly. A change in an angle between the torque axis and the longitudinal axis dynamically adjusts an amount of torque provided by the head by a predetermined amount relative to the predetermined amount of torque applied via the handle.
Hair clippers with flexing electrically adjustable blades
A flex clipper provides a feature to help the cutting blade set float more effortlessly by adjusting automatically to the contours of a client's head to prevent getting stuck and causing cuts and irritation to the scalp. The hair clippers preferably also uses a self-contained motor-driven adjustment mechanism to adjust the relative position of the stationary and reciprocating blades of a common type of blade set. Two momentary switches operable by the thumb of the hand holding the clipper afford a barber total automatic adjustment with the clipper itself in an on or off condition.
FOLDABLE TORQUE TOOL
A foldable torque tool is provided, including a handle, a driving member and a blocking structure. The driving member is rotatably disposed on the handle. The blocking structure has a first blocking unit and a second blocking unit. The first blocking unit is disposed on the handle. The second blocking unit is disposed on the driving member. When the driving member is in an unfolded position, the first blocking unit is blocked with the second blocking unit, and then the driving member is non-rotatable to a folded position.
T handle torque wrench with slip function
Wrenches, apparatus, devices and methods of using a T handle with a torque wrench with adjustable torque setting controls having an automated slip function for applications such as for motorcycles, automotive, machinery and the like. The wrench allows for a user to pull up a lock feature which allows the user to selectively set a torque value by rotating the handle. Once a torque setting is made, the lock is pushed down and the wrench can be used to tighten fasteners, such as bolts, nuts, and the like. While tightening, the fastener, the wrench goes into a slip function when the setting has been reached, so that the fasteners, cannot be stripped.
