System for placement of a supply of poultry front halves in a processing line equipped with a train of movable carriers for the poultry front halves. Exemplary embodiments may include a train of receptacles provided and movable in a conveyor line, wherein the receptacles are equipped to receive the front halves at an input station of the system, and the conveyor line is equipped to move the receptacles with the poultry front halves received therein from the input station towards and along the processing line with the carriers. The receptacles can be equipped to transfer the poultry front halves onto the carriers in the processing line and may be equipped with a breast support plate, a bottom plate and upstanding inserts.

TRANSPORTING STATION AND METHOD FOR TRANSPORTING FISH IN A TRANSPORTING DIRECTION, WHICH IS TRANSVERSE TO THEIR LONGITUDINAL EXTENT, AND FISH-PROCESSING MACHINE HAVING SUCH A TRANSPORTING STATION

The invention relates to a transporting station (10), designed and configured for transporting fish transverse to their longitudinal extent in a transport direction T, comprising a conveying device (11) for transporting individual, separated fish in a lying position along a transport path T.sub.L from an entry region E of the conveying device (11) to an exit region A of the conveying device (11), wherein the conveying device (11) comprises a rotationally driven transport element (12) which is characterised in that the conveying device (11) is assigned a change-over device (13) which is designed and configured and is in operative connection with the conveying device (11), in such a manner that the fish can be transferred automatically from the lying position on the transport path T.sub.L of the conveying device (11) into a suspended position on a transport path T.sub.H of the change-over device (13). The invention is also concerned with a fish processing machine (47) having such a transporting station (10), and with a corresponding method.

AN APPARATUS FOR INSERTING FOOD PRODUCTS INTO TRAYS

An apparatus includes an infeed conveyor configured to convey food products from an infeed position to a free end of the infeed conveyor. Means are provided for detecting positions of the food products on the infeed conveyor, and a tray feeding conveyor is configured to convey empty trays to a tray filling position where food products are released from the free-end of the infeed conveyor and into the trays. Means are provided for detecting positions of empty trays on the tray feeding conveyor. A moving means adjusts the position of the free end of the infeed conveyor, and a control unit controls the moving means by utilizing the detected positions of the food products and the detected positions of the empty trays as operation parameters in adjusting the position of the free end when releasing the food products from the releasing end of the infeed conveyor and into the trays.

Automatic product diverter for meat processing plant

An automated system and method is provided for separating left and right animal carcass cuts from one another. The system includes a conveyor to carry cut meat pieces along a path. A sensor generates a signal corresponding to the left or right cuts, and sends the signal to a processor or controller, which actuates a product diverter, which moves across the conveyor so as to push and remove selected meat pieces from the conveyor for further processing on a separate line. The diverters are pivotal out of the conveyor path if engaged by meat piece intended to continue along the conveyor path.

DEVICE FOR DUAL DOSING IN AN AUTOMATED OVERHEAD CONVEYOR OF THE MEAT INDUSTRY ENDING IN TWO INDEPENDENT HOOKS
20250331525 · 2025-10-30 ·

The present disclosure relates to a device for dual dosing in an automated overhead conveyor of the meat industry ending in two independent hooks, consisting of an improvement in the useful life of the dosing system located at the inlet of the conveyor, which allows hams and pigs to be easily and safely loaded on the automated conveyor two by two, applicable in the feeders or dosing system located at the inlet of a conveyor or between two consecutive conveyors.

Fish feeding system and method for automatic feeding of fish, in particular salmon species, with defined head-tail orientation and defined belly-back orientation to a fish processing device

A fish supply system automatedly conveys fish with defined head/tail and prone/supine alignment to a fish processing apparatus. A speed conveyor transverse axially conveys fish with defined alignments to the apparatus. Feeding apparatuses are arranged above the speed conveyor, each having a cascade conveyor for transverse axially conveying fish, having receptacles separated from by controllable flaps. A clocking flap controls output to the speed conveyor from the last receptacle. A supply device includes a first central conveyor belt, flow scales determining fish regulated mass throughput onto the belt. A speed regulatable second central conveyor belt follows the first conveyor belt. Conveyor strands continuously connect the second belt with the feeding, wherein control flaps separate fish from the second conveyor belt to the conveyor strands. A control device connects with and technically controls the first and second conveyor belts, flow scales, the flaps, conveyor strands, speed conveyor and feeding apparatuses.
