A round shank tool holder assembly includes a storage case and first and second tip out tool holders each configured to removably receive a round shank tool therein and each pivotally secured within the storage case and moveable about a pivot axis between a stowed position and a deployed position, wherein the round shank tools remain visible in both the stowed and deployed positions. A first tool retention member is configured to substantially prevent axial movement of the first round shank tool when the first tip out tool holder is in the stowed position, and a second tool retention member configured to substantially prevent axial movement of the second round shank tool when the second tip out tool holder is in the stowed position, wherein the first tool retention member is defined by a first portion of the second tip out tool holder.

A storage system includes a panel secured to a support surface and a storage container removably supported on the panel. The panel includes a plurality of cleats. The storage container includes a first container portion, a second container portion, and a support feature engageable with the cleats. The second container portion and the first container portion are pivotably movable between a closed position and an open position. The support feature includes a first partial mounting portion and a second partial mounting portion. The second partial mounting portion is movable between a stowed position and an extended position. The first partial mounting portion and the second partial mounting portion cooperate to provide a mounting interface to engage the cleats while the second partial mounting portion is in the extended position.

A storage and presentation device for storing and presenting a plurality of longitudinal hand held implements, the storage and presentation device presenting a plurality of supports, each support being configured to support one longitudinal hand held implement, all of the supports being mounted to be rotatable about a common axis extending substantially perpendicularly to the longitudinal directions of the longitudinal hand held implements when they are supported by the supports. The storage and presentation device presenting a storage position in which the angle between all of the supports about the axial direction is less than 2, and a presentation position in which, for all of the supports, the angle between two adjacent supports about the axial direction is greater than or equal to 5.

A toolbox contains two covers which are rotatably connected with each other and are rotated away from or close to each other so as to open or close the toolbox. At least one of the two covers includes a shell, a frame, and a tool rack. The shell includes a bottom wall and an annular wall, and the annular wall extends upward from and surrounds the bottom wall so as to define a hollow receiving space with the bottom wall. The lid may include a front panel, a rear panel, and a top panel attached to the front a rear panels. The rear panel may be pivotably coupled to the rear wall of the box portion. The front panel, the rear panel, and the top panel may define a secondary compartment within the lid for storage of items. The secondary compartment may include a lid storage compartment comprising a hingedly affixed door.

Various embodiments of a storage device are provided. The storage device includes one or more storage compartment that are slideable with respect to sidewalls of the storage device. The containers are also rotatable with respect to the sidewalls of the storage device, thereby permitting improved accessibility to the storage compartment in the container.
