The other end of the main body is assembled with a connecting member being slidable along an axial direction of the main body. One end of the connecting member forms a connecting portion, and the other end of the connecting member forms a knife assembling portion. A driving gear is rotatably assembled in the main body and engaged with the transmission shaft. A protruding post is assembled on a portion of the driving gear biasing from an axis of the driving gear. A linking bar has a first end and a second end opposite to the first end. The first end is pin-jointed to the protruding post, and the second end is pin-jointed to the connecting portion of the connecting member.
DATA GENERATING DEVICE AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM
A data generating device includes a processor, and a memory. The memory is configured to store computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, instruct the processor to perform processes. The processes include acquiring image data representing a pattern, acquiring graphic data representing a graphic, setting a layout relationship between the pattern and the graphic, and acquiring a reference used in position alignment of the pattern and the graphic. The processes include generating processing data that causes a processing device to perform first processing and second processing. The processing device is configured to carry out a process, including cutting, on a sheet-like workpiece. The first processing is processing to form a plurality of first holes designating the graphic by cutting the workpiece. The second processing is processing to carry out a process at a position on the workpiece corresponding to the reference, on the basis of the layout relationship.
Device for producing adhesive labels
This disclosure relates to a device for producing adhesive labels, in particular in a self-service area, for example of a drug store. The device comprises a printer for printing a printing pattern based on user inputs onto an adhesive film, a cutting apparatus for cutting the adhesive film along a specified cutting pattern which can be selected by a user, and a transferring apparatus for automatically transferring the printed adhesive film from the printer to the cutting apparatus, wherein the transferring apparatus comprises a first moving unit for automatically moving the printed adhesive film in a forward direction from the printer to the cutting apparatus. A control apparatus controls the automatic transfer of the printed adhesive film from the printer to the cutting apparatus.
Corrugated Fiberboard Constructions
Among other things, a piece of furniture is formed from three separate precut pieces of flat cardboard. A first one of the pieces has a bottom edge to rest on a floor with the first piece rising vertically from the bottom edge and has at least one slot at an upper edge of the first piece. A second one of the pieces has a bottom edge to rest on the floor with the second piece rising from the bottom edge and having at least one slot at an upper edge of the second piece. A third one of the pieces has a crease across the piece and at least two slots along at least one edge that is parallel to the fold. The piece of furniture is formed by mating the one slot in the first piece with one of the slots of the third piece, folding the third piece of cardboard at the crease, and mating the one slot in the second piece with another one of the slots of the third piece, with the third piece folded along the crease.
Cut-Out Processes for Moving-Line Structure Assembly
Apparatus and methods are provided for fabrication of a structure, for example, a half barrel section of a fuselage. The apparatus includes an indexing unit dimensioned for coupling to an indexing feature disposed on the structure. The structure proceeds along a process direction during fabrication. A cutting station cuts out manufacturing excess from the structure to form, for example, openings for windows and doors. A method for fabrication of a structure includes indexing a structure to a cutting station based on an indexing feature associated or located on the structure. The method includes operating the cutting station to cut manufacturing excess from the structure. A method includes removing cut sections of the manufacturing excess and routing these sections away from the cutting station.
Corrugated fiberboard constructions
Among other things, a piece of furniture is formed from three separate precut pieces of flat triple wall cardboard.
CUTTING DEVICE AND CUTTING SYSTEM
A cutting device includes a platen with a groove, a blade mount, a first conveyor, a second conveyor, a third conveyor, a memory, and a processor. The processor is configured to perform processes including acquiring outline data indicating an outline of a pattern, controlling the first conveyor and the second conveyor to form a first cutting line by the cutting blade mounted to the blade mount positioned at a first cutting position. The first cutting line is a groove-shaped cut along the outline. The processes further include controlling the first conveyor and the second conveyor to form a second cutting line by the cutting blade mounted to the blade mount positioned at a second cutting position. The second cutting line is a cut completely passing through the cutting object in the up-down direction along a portion of the outline.
Method for determining components of a mechanical action torsor at the guiding point of a cutting blade for a cutting machine
The invention relates to a method for determining components of a mechanical action torsor at the guiding point of a cutting blade (L) for a cutting machine, the blade being guided in a presser foot (P) of a cutting head of the machine, the method comprising the positioning of a five-component dynamometer on the presser foot, the dynamometer comprising a plurality of sensors for determining a frontal force, a lateral force, a rolling moment, a pitching moment and a yawing moment of the cutting blade, the establishment of a calibration matrix of the dynamometer, and the determination of the forces in three dimensions to which the cutting blade is subjected, on the basis of the measurements obtained by the sensors and the calibration matrix.
Edge stability
A method and apparatus for cutting a Non-Crimp Fabric for improving edge stability and reducing stitch retraction is disclosed. The part of the NCF to be cut is treated with a binder and heated to activate the binder and therefore bind the tows and stitches together. By treating only the cutting path the drapability of the wider fabric is maintained. This may be achieved by heating only the part of the NCF to be cut, or applying binder to only the part of the NCF to be cut. The NCF may be compressed and cooled before cutting to improve binding action. A ply cutter may be adapted to carry out the invention by including a heat source and optionally a binder dispenser, compressor and cooler.
