A DOUBLE TUBE ENCASING APPARATUS
A double tube encasing apparatus and methods of encasing for encasing meat products in a double casing including a film (e.g. collagen film) and a net in which a first tube is loaded with a height reduced shirred film and a second coaxial tube which supports a shirred netting. In one embodiment a casing tube is placed over a meat stuffing horn and is preloaded with a loose shirred film. A second casing tube which supports the netting is pushed or placed over the loose shirred film, and causes a reduction in diameter of the loose shirred film for example by forcing the vertically pleated shirred film to layback.
PIERCING NOZZLE SYSTEM, DEVICE AND METHOD
A piercing nozzle configured to pierce a material containing package and for dispensing the material contained in the package utilizing a dispensing device. The piercing nozzle includes a nozzle sidewall, a nozzle end wall defining an internal nozzle cavity configured to receive an end of the package, a male portion extending from the end wall, and multiple piercing projections extend into the nozzle cavity. The piercing projections are configured to pierce the package when compressed thereagainst, allowing the material in the package to be dispensed through a nozzle opening. The male portion includes a first section extending from the end wall, and a thread section narrower than the first section. The piercing nozzle can be attachable to a dispensing end of the dispensing device, and a moveable plunger is configured to compress the package against the piercing nozzle.
Apparatus for preparation of a food product
A twisting apparatus comprising a loading device intended to load a food product into a casing, and a braking device, is described. The loading device comprises two tubular filling bodies, or filling tubes, intended to support the casing and a twisting device intended to rotate each filling tube about its axis, and a movable frame or carriage able to support the loading device. The twisting apparatus includes a rotation unit intended to cause rotation of the loading device and angularly displace the two tubular filling bodies with respect to the braking device. Also provided is a displacement drive member connected to said movable frame or carriage so as to move with an approaching and separating displacement, or to-and-fro movement, the two tubular filling bodies away from and towards the braking device. The rotation unit includes a rotation drive member fixed to said movable frame or carriage and is able to be moved by said displacement drive member together with the loading device. The displacement drive member is also configured to move the loading device with respect to an entry member for supplying the product.
Stuffing apparatus
A stuffing apparatus includes a main body case, a stuffing nozzle for discharging a material, a material feed pump for feeding the material into the stuffing nozzle, a pump drive motor for driving the material feed pump, and a conveying device for conveying a stuffed casing in a direction in which the material discharged is discharged, wherein a hopper into which the material is charged from above is provided above the material feed pump, the material feed pump, the pump drive motor, and the hopper are provided on the main body case on which the stuffing nozzle and the conveying device are provided, and the material which is fed from the material feed pump is automatically stuffed by being fed into the stuffing nozzle via a material feed pipe.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FILLING OF SAUSAGE SLEEVES
The present disclosure relates to a method and a device for filling of sausage sleeves with pasty material through a filling tube, wherein the pasty material is fed in the filling tube through an opening on its rear end in the axial direction. At the end of the filling process, the filling tube is moved back out of its filling position in the axial direction onto an axially arranged closing element, wherein the opening is closed.
FILLING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR RADIALLY ALIGNING A SPOUT
The disclosure relates to a filling machine and a method for filling foodstuffs, in particular for sausage production, with a spout for ejecting the foodstuff and with a support device for supporting, in particular rotatably supporting the spout about a longitudinal axis L. The device for radially aligning the bent spout has a movable bending element which may bend and align the spout at least in sections.
Coextrusion head, food processing machine and assembly method
A coextrusion head for a food processing machine includes a feed line section having an inner pipe for conducting in the production direction a food mass to be formed into a strand. An inlet end of the inner pipe is connectable to an outlet of a stuffing machine. A housing extends in the production direction from the feed line section and surrounding the inner pipe. A receiving chamber, formed between the inner pipe and the housing, for a casing material to be applied to the strand. The receiving chamber has a housing inlet for the casing material. The feed line section and the housing are integrally embodied and the coextrusion head further includes a die attachment that has a die opening shaped correspondingly to the inner pipe and that is connected to the housing. A food processing machine having a coextrusion head and a corresponding assembly method are disclosed.

A method for dispensing raw fragmented jerky including a steps of providing a sausage stuffing machine having an output port, filling the sausage stuffing machine with the raw fragmented jerky; providing a nozzle for dispensing the raw fragmented jerky, the nozzle having a longitudinally extending input end, the nozzle further having a perpendicularly extending output end, the nozzle further having an output port at a distal end of the output end; attaching the nozzle's input end in communication with the sausage stuffing machine's output port so that the nozzle extends horizontally from the sausage stuffing machine; positioning a drying frame beneath the nozzle's perpendicularly extending output end; and operating the sausage stuffing machine to dispense the raw fragmented jerky from the output port while moving the drying frame laterally.
