Apparatus for gas entrainment via nano-bubbles into concrete upstream from a product mold
An apparatus for delivering a wet concrete mix to a product mold, where the apparatus comprises a hopper configured to retain a fresh concrete mix, a source of treated water having a concentration of nanobubbles of a gas at least double a natural concentration of nanobubbles of the gas within a natural state of the water, a water transport coupling the source of treated water with the hopper, a valve interposed within the water transport for selectively releasing the treated water into the hopper, and a mixer in communication with the hopper for mixing the treated water with the fresh concrete mix to yield an infused wet concrete.
Portable warm asphalt preparation apparatus and process for the production of warm asphalt
The subject invention provides a portable warm asphalt preparation apparatus and a process for the production of warm asphalt. In addition to a source of granular plastic and a source of mineral aggregate that, together form an asphalt feed material, the apparatus comprises a first receptacle having an inlet for introducing the asphalt feed material into a chamber, a floor at an inclined plane, and an outlet for discharging asphalt from the chamber. A source of heat supplies heat to the asphalt feed material. The apparatus also has a conveyer for mixing the asphalt feed material and transporting a resultant warm mixture towards the outlet. The apparatus further comprises a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature within the chamber, and a controller that activates or deactivates the heater based on input from the temperature sensor.
Volumetric concrete mixing system, equipment, and method
A mobile volumetric concrete mixing system includes a suction system that vacuums up trench spoils while a trench is being cut. These trench spoils are then screened on-site for particle size to be reused and mixed with water, cement, and/or other admixtures at an auger mixer to form a backfill mixture. This backfill mixture may then be loaded into a hopper that continuously agitates the mixture so that the mixture does not harden before pouring. The agitating hopper is coupled to a discharge chute of the auger mixer and includes one or more augers disposed at various orientations that the backfill mixture is channeled through. From the agitating hopper, the backfill mixture is channeled to an applicator that moves along the trench and that enables the mixture to be quickly poured into the trench with little clean-up required.
Vibration device for mixing machine
Vibration devices for a mixing machine are disclosed, including, for example, a vibration transmission device, a transmission shaft, first bearing(s), a first bearing seat, second bearing(s), a second bearing seat, and a mixing shaft. In some embodiments, the transmission shaft may pass through the first bearing seat, and may be supported in the first bearing seat via at least two bearings. Further, one end of the transmission shaft may be connected to the vibration transmission device, and the other end of the transmission shaft may be connected in a fixed manner to the second bearing seat. In addition, the second bearing seat may be connected to a shaft head at one end of the mixing shaft via the second bearing, and, in some implementations, the rotational center line of the transmission shaft may be arranged so as to be offset from an outer axis of the second bearing.

Modular concrete production system and method
A modular concrete production system includes individual units for the production of concrete that may be individually transported to a construction site and set up for on-site concrete production. The system includes a portable concrete mixing unit, a portable power supply unit, and a portable water supply unit. The system also includes modular bins for cement and aggregate. The bins are pre-loaded with cement and aggregate off-site and then transported to the work site for use. The bins can be stacked onto hoppers to supply cement and aggregate to a concrete mixer on the concrete mixing unit and then replaced when the contents of the bins are depleted to operate the mixer continuously.
Three-dimensional printing head for printing a three-dimensional structure
A three-dimensional printing head including a dynamic mixer comprising a mixer casing, which delimits a mixing chamber, a supply inlet configured to supply the mixing chamber with a mineral composition and a discharge outlet; and an injector for injecting a building material admixture in the mixing chamber. The injector includes a tubular injecting member being flexible and having an injection outlet, the tubular injecting member being elastically deformable between a first state in which the tubular injecting member is configured to allow a flow of the building material admixture through the tubular injecting member and towards the injection outlet, and a second state in which the tubular injecting member is configured to prevent a flow of the mineral composition from the mixing chamber and through the tubular injecting member.
Mixer, system for applying a building material and method for producing a structure from building material
A mixer (1) comprises a drum (2) having at least one inlet (6) and one outlet (7). The mixer (1) furthermore comprises a drive (3) and a stirring shaft (4), which is arranged in the drum (2) and is coupled to the drive (3). Furthermore, the mixer (1) comprises a conveying device (5), which is arranged in the drum (2) and which is arranged on one and the same axis as the stirring shaft (4).
