An all-in-one mobile wellsite service unit for providing equipment and services at an oil and gas well related to well abandonment is provided. The mobile unit comprises a water storage tank, at least one cement mixing barrel for mixing a cement slurry, a progressive cavity pump for pumping the cement slurry, and a hydraulic hose for connecting to a hydraulic power source to provide power to the cement mixing barrel and the progressive cavity pump. The mobile unit may also contain downhole tools needed for well abandonment, including a well cleaning tool, a cementing tool, a hydraulic packer, and more.

At least one cavity (44; 44a, 44b), which extends axially and in the circumferential direction, is arranged around the circumferential wall (16) of the mixing chamber (14) and is in contact with the circumferential wall (16) and at least substantially surrounds the mixing chamber (14) in the circumferential direction. The circumferential wall (16) of the mixing chamber (14) consists of elastic material, which is adapted to deform dynamically into the at least one cavity (44; 44a, 44b) during operation of the nozzle. In this way, the formation of deposits on the circumferential wall (16) of the mixing chamber (14) is avoided.

Volumetric concrete mixing system, equipment, and method

A mobile volumetric concrete mixing system includes a suction system that vacuums up trench spoils while a trench is being cut. These trench spoils are then screened on-site for particle size to be reused and mixed with water, cement, and/or other admixtures at an auger mixer to form a backfill mixture. This backfill mixture may then be loaded into a hopper that continuously agitates the mixture so that the mixture does not harden before pouring. The agitating hopper is coupled to a discharge chute of the auger mixer and includes one or more augers disposed at various orientations that the backfill mixture is channeled through. From the agitating hopper, the backfill mixture is channeled to an applicator that moves along the trench and that enables the mixture to be quickly poured into the trench with little clean-up required.

Volumetric concrete mixing system, equipment, and method

A mobile volumetric concrete mixing system includes a suction system that vacuums up trench spoils while a trench is being cut. These trench spoils are then screened on-site for particle size to be reused and mixed with water, cement, and/or other admixtures at an auger mixer to form a backfill mixture. This backfill mixture may then be loaded into a hopper that continuously agitates the mixture so that the mixture does not harden before pouring. The agitating hopper is coupled to a discharge chute of the auger mixer and includes one or more augers disposed at various orientations that the backfill mixture is channeled through. From the agitating hopper, the backfill mixture is channeled to an applicator that moves along the trench and that enables the mixture to be quickly poured into the trench with little clean-up required.
