DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CONCRETE, IN PARTICULAR A HIGH EARLY STRENGTH CONCRETE
A device for producing a concrete includes a cement premixer for mixing a cement suspension, the cement premixer having an ultrasonic probe for preparing a cement suspension, a crystallization tank arrangement with the first crystallization tank, for increasing the early strengths of the concrete, and a concrete mixer for producing a concrete mixture from the premixed cement suspension, in particular with the addition of aggregates.
MIXER AND MIXING METHOD
A mixer has a circular housing defining a mixing area for mixing and kneading of a gypsum slurry. A rotary disc is positioned in the housing and rotated in a predetermined rotational direction. A rotary driving shaft cointegrally connected with the rotary disc and a plurality of scrapers are positioned in the mixing area. A slurry discharge port is provided on an annular wall of the housing for feeding the gypsum slurry of the mixing area onto a sheet of paper for gypsum board liner. An opening of the slurry discharge port is divided into a plurality of narrow openings, so that fluid resistance on the gypsum slurry flowing out of the mixing area is increased. An annular basal part rotates integrally with the rotary disc and an inner end portion of the scraper is fixed to the annular basal part.

System, apparatus and methods for blending cement
A system for blending cement and at least one additive during a blending job to create a cement slurry for use in an underground hydrocarbon well includes a mixing tub, at least first and second blenders and a rotatable platform upon which the blenders are mounted. Each blender includes at least one elongated, rotatable, mixing blade extending into the tub to mix the cement and at the additive(s) to form the cement slurry.
Slurry dispense system
A slurry dispense system utilizes a buffer chamber to release the pressure from the supply pump, and buffer the irregular flow rate of the supply pump. It also utilizes a positive displacement pump to control the dispense flow. With the help of the buffer chamber, the positive displacement pump is able to provide a constant flow rate, and can be accurately controlled. A high resolution and a high speed can be achieved at the same time.

The invention relates to a device (10) for inerting radioactive waste, comprising: a mixer (12) comprising a radioactive waste inlet (56), a conditioning unit able to house a container, a transfer member connecting the mixer and a container accommodated by the conditioning unit, a handling screw, the handling screw comprising: two ends, one end being connected to the radioactive waste inlet (56), a cradle elongated along an axis between the two ends and delimiting an inner volume, the inner volume of the cradle being able to accommodate matter toward the mixer (12), a transfer rotor, in particular a coreless screw, extending in the inner volume, and a motor able to rotate the transfer rotor.
VOLUMETRIC CONCRETE MIXING SYSTEM, EQUIPMENT, AND METHOD
A mobile volumetric concrete mixing system includes a suction system that vacuums up trench spoils while a trench is being cut. These trench spoils are then screened on-site for particle size to be reused and mixed with water, cement, and/or other admixtures at an auger mixer to form a backfill mixture. This backfill mixture may then be loaded into a hopper that continuously agitates the mixture so that the mixture does not harden before pouring. The agitating hopper is coupled to a discharge chute of the auger mixer and includes one or more augers disposed at various orientations that the backfill mixture is channeled through. From the agitating hopper, the backfill mixture is channeled to an applicator that moves along the trench and that enables the mixture to be quickly poured into the trench with little clean-up required.

Method and apparatus for mixing and applying cementitious polyurethane
A device and method device for continuous mixing and laying of cementitious coating onto a substrate. There is a first mixing stage for metering and mixing a first liquid and a second liquid to create a first mix and a second mixing stage for metering and mixing the first mix with aggregate to form a second mix. The first and second mixing stages use flow meters and flow controllers for metering and restricting the flow of the first liquid, the second liquid and aggregate. A controller operatively coupled to the flow meters and flow controllers controls the mixing in a closed-feedback arrangement. A screed box applies the second mix onto the substrate to create a flooring layer. The flooring may be in a food processing plant.
Nozzle of auto-agitating type 3D printer for construction
The present disclosure relates to a 3D printer for construction for printing and forming various structures, in which agitating blades 45 capable of auto-rotation are mounted inside a nozzle 10 discharging a printing material such as concrete or mortar, to thereby enable agitation of a fluid printing material inside the nozzle 10. According to the present disclosure, agitation of the fluid printing material inside the nozzle 10 of the 3D printer for construction may be facilitated to prevent material segregation and maintain a homogeneously mixed state of materials constituting the fluid printing material.
