A device for producing a rubber mixture and/or non-vulcanized vehicle tire components and/or a vehicle tire, comprising a first mixer comprising a mixing chamber with at least one first mixing rotor and with a first volume ratio, and a second mixer comprising a mixing chamber with at least one second mixing rotor and with a second volume ratio, wherein the ratio of said first volume ratio to said second volume ratio lies in the range from 50:1 to 1:10. Also disclosed is the use of the device and a method for producing non-vulcanized vehicle tire components and/or a vehicle tire.

The metering device (1) comprises a container (4) in which the liquid additive is contained, a metering pump (5) which is connected to the container in order to take the liquid additive and to supply it to the transformation machine (10), and a thermo-regulation system of the liquid additive which is arranged to maintain the temperature of the liquid additive in a range of 2° C. more or 2° C. less than a predetermined temperature value.

KNEADING DEVICE
Provided is a kneading device that can check a progress of wear of an inner wall face of a kneading chamber provided in a casing without stopping the kneading device. A kneading device includes a sensor-mount space provided in a wall of a casing, a wear detecting sensor of which a detecting section is disposed at a bottom of the sensor-mount space, and a controller that receives a signal output from the wear detecting sensor, the controller including a wear determining unit that determines that wear of an inner wall face of a kneading chamber has progressed based on a change in the signal.

An object of the present invention is to provide a method for obtaining a golf ball having excellent impact durability. The present invention provides a method for producing a golf ball, comprising a first step of kneading (a) a base rubber, (b) an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid having 3 to 8 carbon atoms and/or a metal salt thereof as a co-crosslinking agent, (c) a crosslinkable compound having two or more polymerizable unsaturated bonds in a molecule thereof, and (d) a crosslinking initiator to prepare a core rubber composition; a second step of producing the spherical core from the core rubber composition at a molding temperature in a range from 100° C. to 150° C.; and a third step of molding the at least one cover layer covering the spherical core on the spherical core.
COMPOSITE BODY HAVING HIGH THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY AND METHOD OF MAKING THE COMPOSITE BODY
A composite article can comprise a composite body including an organic polymer and ceramic particles comprising hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) particles distributed throughout the organic polymer, wherein an amount of the hBN particles ranges from 20 vol % to 40 vol % based on a total volume of the body; and the body comprises an in plane thermal conductivity of at least 10 W/mK. The hBN particles within the composite body can have a March-Dollase Orientation parameter η of at least 50%.
GRAPHENE POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE COMPOSITE FOR IMPROVING REHEAT ENERGY CONSUMPTION
A graphene reinforced polyethylene terephthalate composition is provided for forming graphene-PET containers. The graphene reinforced polyethylene terephthalate composition includes a continuous matrix comprising polyethylene terephthalate and a dispersed reinforcement phase comprising graphene nanoplatelets. The graphene nanoplatelets range in diameter between 5 μm and 10 μm with surface areas ranging from about 15 m.sup.2/g to about 150 m.sup.2/g. In some embodiments, the graphene reinforced polyethylene terephthalate comprises a concentration of graphene nanoplatelets being substantially 3% weight fraction of the graphene reinforced polyethylene terephthalate. The graphene reinforced polyethylene terephthalate is configured to be injection molded into a graphene-PET preform suitable for forming a container. The graphene-PET preform is configured to be reheated above its glass transition temperature and blown into a mold so as to shape the graphene-PET preform into the container.
METHOD FOR MOLDING RESIN MATERIAL MIXED WITH PULVERIZED MATERIAL
The bulk densities of a virgin material and a pulverized material are previously measured, based on pulverized material bulk density data related to the bulk density of the pulverized material and virgin material bulk density data related to the bulk density of the virgin material obtained by the measurement, a conversion coefficient for a predetermined molding condition when the virgin material and the pulverized material are mixed in a predetermined ratio is determined and registered. When the pulverized material is used, at least the bulk density of the pulverized material which is used is measured, and based on the pulverized material bulk density data, the virgin material bulk density data obtained by the measurement, and the conversion coefficient, processing for modifying the molding condition is performed.
METHODS OF PREPARING A COMPOSITE HAVING ELASTOMER AND FILLER
Disclosed herein are methods of preparing composites from solid elastomer(s) and wet filler(s), as well as products, including composites, vulcanizates, and articles therefrom. The wet filler can have a liquid content of at least 15%. A resulting composite comprises the filler dispersed in the elastomer at a loading of at least 20 phr with a filler yield loss of no more than 10%, wherein the composite has a liquid content of no more than 10% by weight based on total weight of said composite.

A kneading device for dispersing a dispersoid in a dispersion medium includes a casing in which a kneading material containing the dispersion medium and the dispersoid is accommodated, a rotor disposed in the casing and kneading the kneading material while dispersing the dispersoid in the dispersion medium by rotating about a rotation axis, and a detection unit detecting a dispersion degree of the dispersoid in the dispersion medium by observing a state of the kneading material in the casing.
