The acrylic rubber sheet comprises, an acrylic rubber mainly composed of a (meth) acrylic acid ester and having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 100,000 to 5,000,000 and a ratio (Mz/Mw) of a Z-average molecular weight (Mz) and a weight average molecular weight (Mw) is 1.3 or more, and the acrylic rubber sheet contains a phenolic anti-aging agent, and a gel amount is 50 wt % or less. The acrylic rubber sheet is extremely excellent in storage stability and processability and the sheet can be easily produced by the claimed method.
Rubber extrusion device and method for manufacturing rubber extrudate
A rubber extrusion device includes a sensor which detects a deviation from a preset reference position of a rubber extrudate extruded from an extrusion port. Based on this detection data, a control unit provides control for correction of the deviation by adjusting a position of a die relative to a head along a leading end surface of the head or a rotational speed of a screw. A rubber material is mixed and kneaded while being extruded forward by a screw installed inside a cylinder. Resultant unvulcanized rubber is fed into an extrusion flow path and extruded from the extrusion port formed in the die.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FEEDSTOCK FROM RECYCLED-FIBERS
A method of manufacturing a part, includes: obtaining recycled fibers; mixing the recycled fibers with a thermoplastic to obtain a fiber-reinforced intermediate; and manufacturing the part with the fiber-reinforced intermediate. The recycled fibers may come from a grinding operation of recycled composite parts. A feedstock may be manufactured using recycled fibers. The feedstock may then be used in subsequent manufacturing.
Method of manufacturing polycarbonate resin pellets
Provided is a method of producing a polycarbonate resin pellet containing a polycarbonate resin serving as a component (A), a silicone compound serving as a component (B), and an ester of an aliphatic carboxylic acid having 12 to 22 carbon atoms and glycerin serving as a component (C), the production method including a step including introducing a blend containing the component (A), the component (B), and the component (C) into an extruder, and melt-kneading the blend in the extruder under such a condition that a temperature of a molten resin at an outlet of the extruder is 260° C. or more and 325° C. or less, followed by extrusion molding to provide a polycarbonate resin pellet, the resultant polycarbonate resin pellet containing 0.01 part by mass or more and 0.25 part by mass or less of the component (B), and 0.015 part by mass or more and 0.25 part by mass or less of the component (C) with respect to 100 parts by mass of the component (A).
Thermally vulcanisable adhesive and adhesive strip produced therefrom
Thermally vulcanisable, meltable adhesives and processes have a meltable polybutadiene-polyurethane, ground sulphur and optionally at least one vulcanisation accelerator, at least one filling material, at least one epoxide resin, at least one tackifier resin, bitumen, at least one softener and further auxiliary and additive materials, wherein said adhesives and processes can be thermally vulcanised within a temperature range of 130° C. to 230° C., such that same, as well as an adhesive strip produced from same, can be used for adhesion and/or sealing in the automotive industry, as well as in structural work on oiled sheet metal, and in the painting line on e-coated or otherwise painted sheet metal, for example, for crimp fold adhesion, for crimp fold sealing, for seam sealing, for lining adhesion, for hole closure and much more.
Resin composition
A resin composition is provided which includes a resin component, a fibrous filler, and a plate-like filler. With respect to 100 parts by mass of the resin component, the content of the fibrous filler is from 30 parts by mass or more to 100 parts by mass or less, the content of the plate-like filler is from 20 parts by mass or more to 80 parts by mass or less, and the total content of the fibrous filler and the plate-like filler is from 50 parts by mass or more to 180 parts by mass or less.
