RESIN SUPPLY APPARATUS, RESIN SEALING APPARATUS, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RESIN-SEALED PRODUCT
A resin supply apparatus includes a calculation unit for calculating a resin supply pattern based on the shape of a cavity of a resin sealing mold, and a supply unit for supplying a resin to an object to be coated along the resin supply pattern. The resin supply pattern has a plurality of linear paths, and one of mutually adjacent linear paths is inclined with respect to an axis of symmetry that divides a cavity in line symmetry, the other one of the mutually adjacent linear paths is inclined with respect to the one linear path, and a region between the mutually adjacent linear paths is opened to the outside of the object to be coated, at least on a side on which the other linear path is separated from the one linear path.
RESIN MULTILAYER SUBSTRATE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RESIN MULTILAYER SUBSTRATE
A resin multilayer substrate includes a stacked body provided by stacking and thermocompression bonding resin layers, a first conductor pattern inside the stacked body, and a first protective coating covering at least a first surface and a side surface of the first conductor pattern. The resin layers are made of a first thermoplastic resin, and the first protective coating is made of a second thermoplastic resin. Both of the first and second thermoplastic resins soften at a predetermined press temperature or less. The second thermoplastic resin has a storage modulus lower than a storage modulus of the first thermoplastic resin at a temperature equal to or less than the predetermined press temperature and equal to or more than room temperature.
METHOD OF MAKING DUAL CORE GOLF BALL USING NOVEL CENTER PLATE BUTTON AND RESULTING IMPROVED GOLF BALL
Methods of forming dual core golf ball constructions achieving consistent and repeatable concentricity by incorporating a pair of novel partially cured hemispherical shells produced using an inventive center plate button. The pair of resulting novel hemispherical shells may be collectively compression molded about and reliably center a spherical inner core there within due to the novel resulting centering features/structure provided on the inner surface of each partially cured hemispherical shell by the novel center plate button used to form same. Securing features/structure are thereby provided within/on inner surfaces of resulting partially cured hemispherical shells in order to prevent undesirable movement of the spherical inner core there within until the final compression molding step occurs.
Extruded Part, Battery Housing Having an Extruded Part, Method for Producing an Extruded Part, Extrusion Tool
An extruded part is formed by extrusion of at least one polymer melt, wherein the polymer melt or polymer melts has/have two melt fronts, which form two material inner edges of the extruded part when the polymer melt or polymer melts is/are in the solidified state; —the two material inner edges are integrally bonded to each other and define a linear binding seam of the extruded part. The binding seam is situated in a connection region of the extruded part; and —the extruded part has at least one fiber grid, which is situated in the connection region of the extruded part and is connected to the extruded part such that the fiber grid bridges the two material inner edges. The extruded part may be a part of a battery housing for a traction battery.
POWDER SPRAYING DEVICE FOR A SEMICONDUCTOR MOLDING PROCESS AND SPRAYING METHOD THEREOF
A powder spraying device has a first powder spraying tube and a second powder spraying tube arranged parallelly. The first powder spraying tube has a first opening formed on a bottom thereof. A first gate is mounted moveably on the first opening to selectively cover the first opening. The second powder spraying tube has a second opening formed on a bottom thereof. A second gate is mounted moveably on the second opening to selectively cover the second opening. When the first powder spraying tube and the second powder spraying tube are filled with different plastic particles, the first opening and the second opening are opened and closed at different times to spray different plastic particles so that the specific molding method requirements are met.
METHODS OF EMBEDDING AN ELONGATE SUSCEPTOR WITHIN A THERMOPLASTIC BODY AND SYSTEMS THAT PERFORM THE METHODS
Methods of embedding an elongate susceptor within a thermoplastic body and systems that perform the methods are disclosed herein. The methods include extending the elongate susceptor such that an extended portion of the elongate susceptor extends between a guide structure and a body-contacting structure. The methods also include heating a segment of the elongate susceptor to produce a heated portion of the elongate susceptor. The methods further include pressing a leading region of the heated portion of the elongate susceptor through a body surface of the thermoplastic body and into the thermoplastic body. The methods also include operatively translating at least one of the guide structure, the body-contacting structure, and an application tool that includes the guide structure and the body-contacting structure along an embedment pathway for the elongate susceptor.
Resin sealing device and resin sealing method for manufacturing magnet embedded core
A magnet embedded core is manufactured in a stable manner even when using a die clamping device having a large rated clamping force by preventing an excessive pressurizing force from being applied to a laminated iron core, performing the clamping with an appropriate pressurizing force so to minimize leakage of the resin out of magnet insertion holes, and suppressing a reduction in the geometric and dimensional precision of the laminated iron core. A die clamping device for driving a moveable platen in a direction toward and away from a fixed lower platen is configured to include a toggle link mechanism. In a fully extended state of the toggle link mechanism, an upper die abuts an end surface of the laminated iron core to close openings of the magnet insertion holes and pressurize the laminated iron core in a laminating direction.
Method of manufacturing of an inductor element
A method of manufacturing an inductor element includes preparing an insert member including a winding portion where a conductor is wound in a coil shape. A plurality of preliminary green compacts is obtained by conducting a preliminary compression molding of a granule containing a magnetic powder and a resin at a pressure of 2.5×10.sup.2 to 1×10.sup.3 MPa. The insert member and the plurality of preliminary green compacts are integrated so that a joint interface of the plurality of preliminary green compacts is formed intermittently.
Graphene core golf ball with an integrated circuit
A golf ball with a core comprising polybutadiene and graphene with an embedded IC is disclosed herein. The golf ball preferably has a single core comprising polybutadiene and graphene. Alternatively, the golf ball has a dual core with an inner core comprising polybutadiene and graphene. Alternatively, the golf ball has a dual core with an outer core comprising polybutadiene and graphene.
