SHREDDING DRUM FOR A CUTTING AND SEPARATING DEVICE
A shredding drum for a cutting and separating device, including a pressure housing, on a first end portion of which an inlet opening is formed and on a second end portion of which an outlet opening is formed, wherein a multiplicity of cutting openings are arranged in a pressure housing portion of the pressure housing and pass right through the pressure housing portion from an inner wall to an outer wall, wherein the cutting openings are oriented with hole axes inclined at an angle (α.sub.O1, α.sub.O2) in relation to the inner wall. The underlying object was therefore to improve a shredding drum in such a way that the cutting performance of the cutting and separating device and the quality of the desired food ingredient are significantly improved. The object is achieved in that the inclination of the hole axes being chosen such that they are facing the inlet opening on the inner wall.
CONVEYING SCREW FOR A CUTTING AND SEPARATING DEVICE
A conveying screw for a cutting and separating device, including a screw shaft having at least one helical screw flight integrally moulded thereon, which, in an installed position, has a front flank for transporting a foodstuff by pushing, a rear flank arranged on the opposite side, and, at its distal end between the front flank and the rear flank, a cylindrical portion, which is formed in the transition region to the front flank of the screw flight with a sharpened cutting edge, the sharpened cutting edge having a positive rake angle (γ) arranged between the front flank and a processing plane oriented at right angles to the screw shaft. The cutting performance of the cutting and separating device are significantly improved as the sharpened cutting edge is formed from a groove made on a distal end of the front flank, the outer contour of which groove cuts into the cylindrical portion.
Stomper For Food Grinder
A stomper for a food grinder comprises a distal end adapted to push food into a receiving tube of a food grinder, a proximal handle end adapted for a user to grasp the stomper while pushing food into the receiving tube of the food grinder, an elongated shaft between the distal end and the proximal handle end, a channel defined in the proximal handle end, and a bayonet projecting from one or more internal walls of the channel. The bayonet is adapted to engage a protrusion on an auger of the food grinder to apply a pulling force to remove the auger from the food grinder.
Separator for a food-product grinding machine with metering auger
A grinding machine for grinding food-products, such as meat or the like, includes an orifice plate at the outlet of a grinding head. The orifice plate has collection passages that discharge a mixture of soft material and hard material through the orifice plate. A separator assembly, including a separator screw, separation chamber, metering auger, and metering cone, is located downstream of the orifice plate for separating the soft material from the hard material. The metering auger is fixedly coupled to a distal end of the separator screw and has a reduced diameter relative to the separator screw. The metering auger advances in a downstream direction the hard material of the mixture of soft material and hard material. The metering cone includes an internal conical portion and a metering passageway formed therein, where the metering auger is in communication with the metering passageway, and where a selected diameter of the metering auger defines an amount of the hard material that is advanced in the downstream direction through the metering passageway toward a discharge end.
Meat shredder for empanada meats and other dishes
A machine for manual action that releases, shreds or defrays the different fibers of meat for human consumption, be it chicken, beef, pork or any other suitable animals that have fibers. These are characterized by having a bar of different shapes located on the periphery of a shaft which has a handle for manual action so that when the operator turns the handle, bars that are located linearly and equidistant on an axis rotate so that the meat pieces located in the tray enter through an opening and collide between the bars inside the casing. The rotating and fixed bars swivel between said bars and rods, allowing the bars to rotate without colliding or crossing. Through this movement, the pieces of meat are shredded or defrayed in different sizes, depending on the distance and speed between the linear bars moving and those that are fixed. Note the system may also work with either reduction gears and or a reduction motor. This shredder may be attached to the table via a vise or similar mechanism.
SHREDDER DEVICE FOR FOODSTUFFS
A shredder device including a feed hopper, a screw conveyor and a shredder module, wherein the screw conveyor includes a screw conveyor shaft driven by a screw conveyor motor unit and having a screw conveyor flight formed thereon, and the shredder module includes a cutting drum having cutting openings formed therein, and a main screw rotatably arranged in the shredder module and having a main screw shaft, which is driven by a main screw motor unit, and a main screw flight which is formed thereon and passes over the cutting openings. The shredder device enables a higher cutting capacity. The main screw shaft is coaxially enclosed by the screw conveyor shaft inside the feed hopper up to the shredder module.
APPARATUS FOR TEARING MEAT
An apparatus for tearing meat is disclosed. The apparatus includes a gravity-fed hopper including at least one sidewall that forms a first opening configured to receive meat articles and a second opening configured to discharge torn meat articles. The apparatus includes a rotatable spindle element positioned at least partially within the hopper and downstream of the first opening. The rotatable spindle element includes a shaft having a longitudinal axis and a plurality of teeth coupled to the shaft, the teeth being spaced apart from one another. The apparatus includes a plurality of rods, which extend from the sidewall spaced apart from one another and which are interlaced with the plurality of teeth, and a motor coupled to the rotatable spindle element configured to rotate the rotatable spindle element to cause at least some of the plurality of teeth to rotate and pass between two different rods.
EMULSIFICATION SYSTEM
An emulsion system is provided. The system includes a shaft that supports a plurality of cutting assemblies and screens in alternating order, wherein the cutting assembly rotates with respect to an in close proximity to the screen. The cutting assemblies include a plurality of cutting elements that extend radially outward from a hub and are positioned at consistent radial spacing along the perimeter of the hub. Each cutting element includes front and back edges that cut food particles in conjunction with holes within the screen, wherein the front and back edges are substantially perpendicular.
