The grinding assembly is securely connected with the motor assembly and has a grinding tube, a threaded rod, a blade, and an extrusion panel. The grinding tube is connected to the casing of the motor assembly and has an annular connecting base. The threaded rod is rotatably mounted in the grinding tube and has a connection segment. The connection segment is mounted through the connecting base, is connected with the output axle of the motor, and is stepped in section to form an annular abutting shoulder. The abutting shoulder is formed around the connecting segment and abuts the annular abutting surface of the output axle.
Crushing machine for a food product that is frozen in blocks, or in IQF form, and plant comprising such a machine for making puree, or juice, from a food product
A crushing machine for a vegetable food product frozen in blocks, or in IQF form. The machine includes a box-like body containing defining a crushing chamber. The box-like body has an inlet port, through which the frozen food product is put in the crushing chamber and an outlet port through which a frozen crushed product is discharged from the crushing chamber. In the crushing chamber a crushing unit is mounted comprising a plurality of crushing rollers, for example three crushing rollers. Each crushing roller is arranged to rotate about a respective rotation axis and is having peripherally a plurality of teeth arranged to cut the frozen product into blocks, or IQF form, for splitting it into the above described fragments of predetermined size. In particular, the rotation axes of the crushing rollers are parallel to each other.
SEPARATOR AND FEED SCREW FOR A GRINDING MACHINE
A grinding machine includes first feed screw, first head, first center pin, first knife assembly, bushing and first orifice plate. Second feed screw is coupled to first center pin and rotates within second head. Second feed screw is positioned against the bushing such that the bushing acts as a thrust bearing. Second center pin is coupled to second feed screw and is configured to rotate a second knife assembly. Second orifice plate is arranged on second center pin. Second mounting ring can be linearly adjusted relative to second head to axially position second orifice plate between a stop shoulder of second head and a lip of second mounting ring. Second feed screw may include a plurality of flights arranged in a split flight configuration including one or more ingress end flights and one or more egress end flights.
Perforated plate for meat grinding reclamation system
A meat grinding reclamation system is disclosed herein. The system uses a plate having a plurality of holes through which meat is processed, and a smaller number of waste material indentations that feed waste material away from the meat into separate uniform curved openings. The center of the plate is provided with a shaft opening, which allows use of a center drive shaft across the plate.
Low fat food processor
A food processor includes a grinder to obtain a ground meat; a mixer to add fat to the ground meat; a payload bay to receive the ground meat; a plurality of evaporators coupled to the payload bay with a multiplicity of coolant tubes in each evaporator, wherein each tube enters and then exits the payload bay, further comprising one or more cryogenic valves coupled to the coolant tubes; a pump to force coolant flowing through the evaporators; and a processor with code for: chopping the ground meat and during chopping, adding salt and ice to the ground meat being chopped and adding liquid nitrogen to maintain the temperature of the meat being chopped below 5 C. to obtain a chopped meat product; adding fat to the chopped meat product and then chopping the fat and adding liquid nitrogen to maintain the temperature of the chopped meat product and fat being chopped between 1 C. and 10 C. to obtain a chopped meat and fat product, wherein the ground meat, added fat, ice and salt are present in amounts so that the chopped meat and fat product has a fat content of from 1% to 20% by weight based upon the weight of the chopped meat and fat product.
METHOD OF SEPARATING MEAT COMPONENTS VIA CENTRIFUGE
A method for separating fat from lean. The method includes grinding chilled beef comprising fat and lean into a size resulting in particles that comprise predominantly fat and particles that comprise predominantly lean; combining the particles with a fluid to produce a mixture, wherein the fluid comprises water; and centrifuging the mixture to separate the fluid, and the particles comprising predominantly lean from the mixture.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CHUMMING BAIT
A device for macerating bait, making chum, or both is provided. The device has a main housing having a top openable end and a closed bottom openable end; a removable lid attachable to the top openable end, wherein the removable lid comprises at least a fluid flow hole configured to, when placed in a fluid and towed behind the vessel, port the fluid to flow through the housing through bottom openable end and through the top openable end; a push rod disposed through the removable lid; a concentric cutting member attached to the push rod at a lower end of the push rod, wherein the concentric cutting member comprises a series of blades that are intersecting and have cutting edges on a top and bottom of the blades.
A method of macerating bait is also provided.
PLANT AND A METHOD FOR EXTRACTING PUREE, OR JUICE FROM FOOD PRODUCTS OF HIGH SIZES
A plant (1) for cold extraction of puree, or juice, from a fresh food product of vegetable, or animal origin, includes a treating machine, for example a softening machine (20) downstream of which an extraction machine (30) is provided for extracting juice, or puree, from the food product of vegetable, or animal origin. Upstream of the treating machine (20) a cutting machine is provided (40,40) in which a cutting means is arranged to cut the starting food product of vegetable origin into parts of predetermined size. More in detail, the cutting means (40) is arranged to cut the vegetable product (100) into parts (105) of size set between 50 mm and 130 mm, which are then fed to the treating machine (20).
Manual meat shredder for empanada meats and others dishes
A machine for manual action that releases, shreds or defrays the different fibers of meat for human consumption, be it chicken, beef, pork or any other suitable animals that have fibers. These are characterized by having a bar of different shapes located on the periphery of a shaft which has a handle for manual action so that when the operator turns the handle, bars that are located linearly and equidistant on an axis rotate so that the meat pieces located in the tray enter through an opening and collide between the bars inside the casing. The rotating and fixed bars swivel between said bars and rods, allowing the bars to rotate without colliding or crossing. Through this movement, the pieces of meat are shredded or defrayed in different sizes, depending on the distance and speed between the linear bars moving and those that are fixed. Note the system may also work with either reduction gears and or a reduction motor. This shredder may be attached to the table via a vise or similar mechanism.
Systems and Methods for Producing Pet Food
Methods for producing pet food from animals may utilize a multi-step process including a first processing system that may include at least a heating step through use of a steam jacketed tube system and a draining step to squeeze out the oils. Grinding and pre-breaking may first be used to break the fat/whole animal into pieces. The protein may be cooked in the first processing system, and a second processing system may cook the protein with hot water in the second heating step. The second processing system may wash impurities out of the protein and subject the protein to a high intensity flame that may burn off foreign matter, and/or microbes. The protein may be dried and may produce pet food for consumption by pets.
