INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM, INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE, AND HANDLING DEVICE
This injection molding system can correct a change in position of a movable mold due to a mold clamping force adjustment mechanism, and is provided with: an injection unit that injects a resin into a cavity formed by a movable mold and a fixed mold; a mold clamping unit that retains the movable mold and the fixed mold to be openable and closable and has a mold clamping force adjustment mechanism that adjusts mold clamping forces of the movable mold and the fixed mold; a handling unit that performs at least one of the assisting operations of an operation of extracting a molded article from the movable mold and an operation of inserting an insert component into the movable mold; and a control system that controls the injection unit, the mold clamping unit, and the handling unit. The control system has a mold position detection portion that detects the position of the movable mold during mold opening, and an operation position adjustment portion that adjusts at least one of the position of the handling unit during the assisting operation and the position of the movable mold during the mold opening according to a detection value of the mold position detection portion.

The present invention achieves cost reduction by simplifying the manufacturing process for a film-formed molded product provided with a metal coating film capable of transmitting electromagnetic waves therethrough. This method for manufacturing a film-formed molded product which includes a molded product and a metal coating film covering the molded product comprises: forming the molded product between a movable mold and a fixed mold; and then forming the metal coating film which covers the molded product by a film-forming part of a second mold without taking the molded product out from between the movable mold and the fixed mold. The metal coating film is capable of transmitting electromagnetic waves therethrough as a result of generation of cracks after being formed.

Upper and lower temperature control plates of upper and temperature control plate members are attacked so as to interpose a manifold body of a manifold therebetween. Upper and lower oil flow circuits provided in the respective upper and lower temperature control plates control the temperature of the manifold body heated by a plurality of coil heaters to a temperature suitable for preventing carbonization of a molten resin flowing in a flow-dividing type flow path of the manifold body.

An apparatus for manufacturing a crash pad having a foam layer by injecting and foam-molding a foam liquid between a base and a skin may include a first mold and a second mold which mold the base by injecting molten resin into a base forming space formed in a mold-closed state and a vacuum mold for vacuum-molding the skin, in which when the vacuum mold to which the formed skin may be attached may be mold-closed with the first mold, a foam space may be formed between the skin and the base of the first mold, and an injection channel for injecting the molten resin into the base forming space and a foam liquid injection channel for injecting the foam liquid into the foam space may be provided in the first mold, such that the first mold may be used as a foam mold, together with the vacuum mold.

A thin type injection molding skin manufacturing apparatus in which a mold movable part moves to be separated from a mold fixing part at a time of taking out a skin to open a mold, may include a holder part cavity for molding a holder part formed integrally with the skin, which is formed inside the mold fixing part and a fixing part slider capable of elastically pressing the holder part molded in the holder part cavity installed on the end of the holder part cavity, and as a result, the fixing part slider presses and holds the holder part molded integrally with the skin when the mold movable part moves to be separated from the mold fixing part.
MOLD DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A CYLINDER
A mold device includes: an outer mold part including a first outer mold, and a second outer mold that is moved toward the first outer mold to form a molding space with the first outer mold; and an inner mold part including an inner mold that is moved between a molding position disposed in the molding space of the outer mold part and an exit position deviating from the molding space. The inner mold is configured to mold a cylinder having a hollow part extending in a first direction between the inner mold part and the outer mold part when being located in the molding position. The inner mold is formed to correspond to the cylinder to form a space allowing introduction of a resin.
