A MOULD, AND TOOLS FOR SUCH MOULD
An inner mould tool forming part of a mould to be used during injection moulding of plastic articles, such as plastic tops for liquid food packages, is provided. The inner mould tool comprises an outer surface defining the interior surface of the plastic article to be produced, wherein the longitudinal end of the inner mould tool is provided with a bushing having a planar surface defining the longitudinal end of the inner mould tool and being configured to be in contact with mating outer mould tools during injection moulding. The bushing is provided with side walls extending from the planar surface, said side walls forming part of the outer surface of the inner mould tool.

An injection molding device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a first mold including a first injection port through which a raw material is injected; a second mold including a heating member; a first movable mold facing the first mold or the second mold and having a first cavity formed therein; and a second movable mold facing the first mold or the second mold and having a second cavity formed therein, wherein the position of the first movable mold and the position of the second movable mold can be changed.

Disclosed is a device for distributing thermoplastic material to a preform molding machine, the preforms being used for manufacturing containers; the device includes at least a stationary part and a movable part, a seal that has a first sealing surface and a second sealing surface which are axially separated from each other by a gap inside which some of the thermoplastic material flows, a channel for radially constraining the thermoplastic material, and an associated cooler for radially obtaining a temperature gradient in order to increase the viscosity of the thermoplastic material located between the sealing surfaces.

Mould for producing plastic items obtained by the injection of thermoplastic material of the “hot melt” or polyamide type, the mould being made of flexible vulcanised silicone, rubber or other elastomers, the mould being formed by two parts which, when facing each other and attached, generate a series of compartments and channels that allow for the introduction of the melted thermoplastic material and the filling of the cavities with the shape of the item desired, and, in turn, allow for a vacuum to be generated, also removing the inside air from the mould by means of a series of conduits and channels; and a method or methodology for producing said plastic items by means of said mould, allowing for the reproduction of short and medium series of items produced with plastic materials, and in which a control system and a mould incorporating a means to be identified can be added to the method.

An injection molding device (1) includes a center part (3) and a rotating device (2) for rotating the center part (3) in the injection molding device (1). The rotating device (2) includes a base (4) supported with respect to an injection molding machine. A thereto attached column (5) extends in an axial direction (z) above the base (4). A sleeve (6) coaxially surrounds the column (5) and is at least partially arranged in the center part (3). The sleeve (6) rotates with the center part (3) around the column (5). The column (5) is arranged removable with respect to the center part (3).

The rotary mold type injection molding machine includes a fixed platen, a movable platen which is opened and closed in a horizontal direction with respect to the fixed platen, and a rotary table to which a plurality of molds is mounted and which is rotatably provided on one of the fixed platen and the movable platen. The rotary mold type injection molding machine further includes: a mold member which is configured of a plurality of molds and mold mounting plates to which the plurality of molds is mounted; and a mounting portion which is provided on the rotary table provided on one of the fixed platen and the movable platen and on which the mold mounting plate is mounted when the mold member is fixed.

INJECTION MOLDING DEVICE
An injection molding device for producing a multicomponent injection molded product includes at least one first and at least one second outer mold plate arranged in a movable manner between an open position and a closed position. A central part arranged between the first and the second outer mold plate includes a first part which in the open position is arranged rotatable about an axis of rotation and to which first inner mold plates are attached which include first cavity segments. A second part arranged non-rotatable includes on one side in the direction of the first outer mold plate second cavity segments and on an opposite side in the direction of the second outer mold plate third cavity segments. Second inner mold plates clamp related intermediate products and in the open position are arranged displaceable in a radial direction with respect to the axis of rotation and rotatable around the second part to transport the intermediate products from the second cavity segments to the third cavity segments around the second part of the central part.
