Cutting device and process for cutting a product
A dividing device is used for dividing a piece of meat with bone contained therein, in particular for cutting off a slice, which device has, in particular on a supporting body, both a moving blade and a moving saw, in order to have to saw through only the rigid part of the piece of meat with the saw and, usually overlapping in time or afterwards, to cut the elastic part with the blade, but if possible in the same cutting-gap of the saw.
PROVIDING A CUTTING AREA WITH WEB-LIKE INTERLEAVER MATERIAL
The invention relates to a method for a multitrack provision of web-like interleaved sheet material at a cutting region in which products supplied on multiple tracks are cut into slices and interleaved sheets are introduced which are cut off from the provided interleaved sheet material in the cutting region and for which a normal length is predefined which is dependent on the respective application, in which material webs are removed from at least two material stores which are each associated with one or more tracks; and in which the material consumption of at least one material store is impacted during operation, in particular in dependence on residual quantities in the material stores, in that the length of the interleaved sheets is varied in the respective track or tracks with respect to the normal length at least for this material store.
Slicer apparatus for slicing food items
A slicer apparatus for slicing food items includes a conveying means for conveying a food item to be cut along a conveying path, where a gap is provided extending across the conveying path; at least one cutting blade. A cutting land is arranged in and along the gap, and the cutting land comprises a recess on at least one side such that during cutting the at least one cutting blade at least partly extends into the recess. A first moving means is connected to the at least one cutting blade for moving the at least one cutting blade in distance relative to the cutting land. A second moving means is connected to the at least one cutting blade for moving the at least one cutting blade angularly relative to the conveying path. A third moving means is connected to the cutting land for adjusting at least an angular position of the cutting land around its longitudinal axis. The third moving means is configured to independently adjust the at least angular position of the cutting land around its longitudinal axis.
Meat cutting machine
A meat cutting machine of the present invention includes a machine frame and a cutter group. The cutter group includes at least two groups of cutter bars. Blades on the two groups of cutter bars are crosswise arranged to form a cutting edge region. The machine frame includes an upper machine frame, a lower machine frame and a regulating ejector rod. At least one threaded through hole is formed in a side wall of the machine frame. The cutter bars include shaft shoulders. Since the upper machine frame and the lower machine frame are separable and the cutter bars are convenient for disassembly and removal, the cutter bars can be easily washed and are sanitary in design. The regulating ejector rod can be used to perform minor distance adjustments between interactive blades, which ensures close cooperation between two matched blades and the meat cutting effect of the meat cutting machine.
Slicing machine and method for slicing elastic strands in particular meat strands
A slicing machine for slicing meat strands that have a cross section that varies over a longitudinal extension in large numbers and as quickly as possible into weight precise slices. In one embodiment, two meat strands are received adjacent to each other in a respective form tube and pushed against a respective separately adjustable stop plate independently from each other by a controlled longitudinal press plunger and compressed in the longitudinal direction. In addition, a cross section of the form tubes may be reduced in a first transversal direction jointly and in a second transversal direction independently from each other and thus the respective meat strand is transversally compressed to a constant cross section prior to slicing.
Method of cutting a pork loin and a boneless pork loin product
A meat product and method of cutting a boneless elongated meat member are disclosed. The elongated meat member is the loin of a hog carcass; the elongated meat member has a first end, a second end, and a longitudinal axis between the first and second ends. The method includes separating the elongated meat member into at least three elongated meat portions, two exterior elongated meat portions, and an interior elongated meat portion between the two exterior portions, the interior elongated meat portion is substantially in the shape of a rectangular prism. The separating step includes cutting the elongated meat member end to end in substantially the same direction of the longitudinal axis the length of the elongated meat member. The method also includes dividing the boneless elongated meat member into a plurality of smaller meat pieces by cutting the boneless elongated meat member substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.
Reciprocating saw blade for preparing fish
This disclosure relates to a reciprocating saw blade for filleting and preparing fish. The reciprocating saw blade can comprise a blade and a wing. The blade can be attachable to a reciprocating blade. The blade can comprise a tip, a spine, a cutting edge and a heel. The spine can be at one side of the blade. The spine can have a concave form from the tip up to the middle side edge section of the blade and can form a straight edge from the middle section up to the rear side edge section of the blade. The cutting edge can have a continuous set of serrations formed through a tooth from a plurality of teeth. The cutting edge can comprise a grind that divides the spine and the cutting edge. The grind can taper from the middle section of the blade to the cutting edge.
FOOD SLICER WITH UPPER CONVEYOR UNIT CONTROL
Processing apparatus such as a food slicer (10) includes upper and lower conveyor units (16, 14) having shiftable conveyor belts (40, 22) designed to receive incoming products and to move such products along a path of travel (124) through the conveyor units (16, 14) and into a slicer assembly (18). The upper conveyor unit (16) is equipped with control apparatus (72) serving to maintain a predetermined, substantially constant force against products passing through the conveyor units (16, 14). The upper conveyor unit (16) is bidirectionally pivotal about respective axes parallel with the path of travel (124), and transverse thereto. This allows the slicer 10 to accommodate products of varying size, shape, and makeup.
FOOD-CUTTING APPARATUS
A food-cutting apparatus has a base; a trolley for placing a food object; a cutting device having two saw wheels, a power source, and a saw belt that is wound around the two saw wheels as a loop. The power source drives the two saw wheels to rotate and further drives the saw belt to circle. The trolley moves the food object so that the food object is cut by the saw belt. The saw belt has teeth oppositely at its two edges. The detector monitors intactness of the teeth and generates a warning signal when determining that any of the teeth is worn. The controlling device cuts off the power source and slows down the trolley when receiving the warning signal.
Part pack optimization
A food slicing machine is provided for slicing food products such as bacon, cheese or cooked meat for sale as groups of slices in separate packs. The food slicing machine includes a cutter for cutting slices from the food product and a controller for controlling the thickness of the slices. The machine cuts slices according to a first value of a slicing parameter until the controller determines when the amount of food product remaining to be sliced in an end portion of the food product is less than a predetermined group weight threshold. The controller causes a slice to be cut according to a second, different value of the slicing parameter from the end portion for addition to an under-weight group of slices, so that its weight at least equals the predetermined group weight threshold.
