20170095949 · 2017-04-06 ·

An injection-moulding mould comprising at least three separate mould parts (1,2,3), comprising an inlet mould part (1) in which is arranged an inlet for injection of liquid plastics from the injection-moulding apparatus, a closing mould part (2) and at least one intermediate mould part (3) arranged between the inlet mould part and the closing mould part, and wherein, between the inlet mould part (1) and the intermediate mould part (2), a distance-limiting device (7) is configured having an end stop (12) configured with a view to limiting the distance by which the intermediate mould plate (2) can be shifted away from the inlet mould part (1), and wherein a shock absorber (6) is further arranged between the inlet mould part (1) and the intermediate mould part (2), said shock absorber (6) being configured such that it mitigates the shifting movement between the inlet mould part (1) and the intermediate mould part (2), when they are shifted away each other and before the end stop (12) is hit.

An intermediate mold disposed between a stationary-side mold and a movable-side mold in a mold unit of an injection molding machine, the intermediate mold including: a mold portion that performs a mold opening and closing operation with a facing mold facing one of the stationary-side mold and the movable-side mold; a guide bar that penetrates through the mold portion, and that guides the mold opening and closing operation; and a rotary frame body that includes a rotary shaft, and that rotates together with the guide bar and the mold portion in a state where the rotary frame body is joined to the guide bar. The mold portion is temporarily gripped by a tip part of the guide bar, and is temporarily gripped by the facing mold.

PARTING LOCKING DEVICE

A parting locking device enables molds to be clamped together stably with a simple structure. By inserting a locking bar into a locking bar insertion hole of a base holder such that an engagement element disposed in the base holder moves to a locked position, a releasing bar is insertable into a releasing bar insertion hole of the base holder. Thereafter, by inserting the releasing bar into the releasing bar insertion hole, the movement of the engagement element to an unlocked position is restricted, so that the locking bar is prevented from moving out of the locking bar insertion hole.
