A protection tube with latch in which a latch that is formed engageable with an attachment hole of a panel is molded integral with a protection tube that receives an electric wire, and a manufacturing apparatus of the protection tube with latch. The protection tube with latch includes a latch to be engaged with the attachment hole of the panel having the electric wire wired therein disposed on an outer peripheral face of the protection tube that is formed tubular and receives the electric wire.

An injection molding assembly comprising a collapsible core assembly, an injection mold press comprising an internal cavity configured to receive the collapsible core assembly, and an actuator configured to insert the collapsible core assembly into the internal cavity of the mold press and method of using the same. The collapsible core assembly may comprise a static core member, a moveable core member coaxial to the static core member and moveable relative to the static core member, and a stripper plate moveable within the collapsible core assembly relative to the static core and configured to eject the molded part. The moveable core member may comprise an external engagement feature disposed at an end of the moveable core member. The external engagement feature may define a geometry operable to matingly engage an internal feature of a molded part supported on the moveable core member upon formation of the molded part.
Tubing coupler moldings and systems, and associated methods
A tubing system with a coupler join positioned between and joining tubing segments. The coupler join is formed to reduce dead legs and hold up volumes within, and/or to reduce materials used to form, and/or to simplify the manufacturing process of the tubing system. The coupler join may be sized, shaped, configured, and/or dimensioned to join tubing segments, such as pre-formed tubing segments, in a streamlined configuration, such as to substantially correspond with the outer and inner diameters of the tubing segments. The tubing system and coupler join may be formed with a mold configured to form a coupler join securely coupling spaced apart ends of tubing segments to be joined together in a configuration which reduces dead legs and hold up volumes within the resulting tubing system.

The first end (70) of the rod (38) is intended to be assembled in the rod carrier (40). The rod (38) and the rod carrier (40) are manufactured from a plastic material composed of a copolyester, in particular a semi-aromatic copolyester.
Method for molding thin-walled spiral tube for use with endoscope
A method of molding a polymeric device having an elongated tube and a spiral fin. The method including: injecting a liquid resin into a mold space defining the polymeric device, the mold space having an elongated hollow tube molding space and a spiral fin molding space wound around the elongated hollow tube molding space; and providing a longitudinal flow path in at least a portion of a longitudinal length of the elongated tube molding space, the longitudinal flow path defining a concavity greater in depth than other portions of the elongated hollow tube molding space such that the liquid resin injected into the mold space flows in the longitudinal flow path to fill one or more ends of the hollow tube molding space.
Injection mould
Injection mould for producing mouldings having a cavity plate with cavities and a core plate with cores. The cavity plate and the core plate are movable between a closed position, in which each core is respectively arranged in a cavity, and an open position, in which no core is arranged within a cavity. Each moulding space is assigned a neck-ring pair with two neck rings, and the neck-ring pair is arranged on the core plate and is movable between a holding position, in which neck rings of the neck-ring pair are in contact, and a releasing position, in which neck rings of the neck-ring pair are not in contact. To provide an injection mould with which mouldings can be produced and provided for further processing as efficiently as possible, the cores and the cavities are arranged on a curved path.
