System and Method for Production of Customized Food and Beverage Coolers
A system and method for production of a customizable food and beverage cooler are disclosed. In one embodiment of the system, a mold includes two primary halves configured to produce an injection molded part that is a component of the food and beverage cooler. An aperture intersects one of the primary halves of the mold to accommodate an insertion block that includes a reverse image thereon such that molten plastic flow around the reverse image produces an integrally molded image on the component of the food and beverage cooler. Further, the aperture accommodates a combination insertion block and insertion plate having the reverse image thereon. One of the insertion block or combination insertion block and insertion plate is selected for disposing in the aperture based on the desired production run of the injection molded part.
MODULAR POD FOR A MOLD
A modular pod for an injection mold includes a molding insert shaped to produce a molded part. The modular pod can be linked with a plurality of additional modular pods to form an injection mold. When a molding insert experiences a problem, the molding insert can be removed from the mold and replaced with a replacement insert. The modular pod employs a mechanical solution to eject the formed parts from the mold, without employing hydraulics.
Tool for the injection molding of plastics parts
A tool for the injection molding of plastics parts has two tool halves that can be moved to and from each other. A mold insert is exchangeably provided in at least one of the tool halves. In addition, a mold core is provided which is inserted in the mold insert and secured by a separate securing element.

An injection-molding tool (1) for a clamping unit of an injection-molding machine for producing injection-molded parts, comprising a frame tool, consisting of a first, nozzle-side tool half (2) and a second, ejector-side tool half (3), is described. Mold insert halves (50, 51) of at least one mold insert (11) are fitted in slide-in frames (9, 10). The slide-in frames (9, 10) with the at least one mold insert (11) fitted in them can be connected to one another to form a slide-in module (8) which in the modifying process can be removed as a whole from the frame tool, which in the modifying process remains connected to the injection-molding machine.
METHOD OF LOADING AND UNLOADING A MOLD ON A FOAM PLASTICS MOLDING MACHINE
On a foam plastics molding machine, a molding unit, defined by a mold and an interface frame equipped with a number or quantity of plastic molding material and operating fluid inlets, is loaded into a raised window in a fixed frame of the machine by positioning the molding unit in a fixed position on a trolley; positioning the trolley astride a fixed platform; raising the platform so that vertical ribs on the interface frame slidably engage corresponding vertical guides forming part of the machine and on a level with the window; connecting the guides to the ribs; and moving the guides towards the window.
INSERT CHANGEOVER SYSTEM FOR AN INJECTION MOLD
An insert changeover system for an injection mold having a releasably secured insert for quick customizations of the injection mold. The insert changeover system includes a mold body having a pneumatic pull stock clamp and an insert having an insert guide pin. The pneumatic pull stock clamp is configured to releasably secure the insert guide pin when the insert is mounted on the mold body to selectively lock and unlock a position of the insert.

Provided is a mold for a seat pad with a mesh fixed, which can easily fix a mesh to be inserted in a molding process.
