Injection mold
An injection mold includes an upper mold core, an upper mold plate, a sprue bushing and an upper mold fixing plate. The sprue bushing is completely accommodated in the upper mold plate and the upper mold core, the sprue bushing defining a runner therein. The sprue bushing includes a mounting part and an extending part extending from the mounting part, the mounting part is received in the upper mold plate, the extending part is disposed through the upper mold core, and the runner runs through the mounting part and the extending part. The upper mold fixing plate is piled on and fixed to the upper mold plate, the upper mold fixing plate is provided with a through hole communicated with the runner, the upper mold fixing plate includes a flange extending inwardly from a side wall of the through hole, the flange abuts against the mounting part.

An injection molding system and method are disclosed. The injection molding system includes a molding device and injector. The molding device defines a mold cavity and includes an inlet portion in communication with the mold cavity. The injector includes a discharging channel. HIDDEN RUNNER INJECTION MOLD STRUCTURE
An injection mold structure includes a main portion, a core plate, multiple runners, a removable metal plate, a top portion, a resin mold. The core plate is in physical communication with and located within the main portion. The removable metal plate is in physical communication with the runners and the core plate. The runners are located in between the core plate and the removable metal plate. The top portion includes a cavity to receive a carbon fiber plate.

A method for manufacturing a resin container includes: performing injection molding on a resin preform; adjusting a temperature of the preform manufactured in the performing injection molding; and performing blow molding on the temperature-adjusted preform to manufacture the resin container. In the performing injection molding, injection molds are opened after completion of filling and pressure holding of a resin material, and the preform is taken out without being cooled in the injection molds after the completion of filling and pressure holding. In addition, in the adjusting the temperature, a refrigerant is introduced into the preform to cool the preform.

A pressure measurement device mountable to an injection unit that injects molding material of an injection molding machine, and an injection molding machine are provided.
