AIR-COOLED SPRUE BUSH FOR MOLD
An air-cooled sprue bush is mounted on a mold and contains: a columnar runner body and a flange portion. The runner body includes a gate and a cooling path defined in the runner body, the cooling path has plural U-shaped channels annularly arranged around the cooling path, and each U-shaped channel has a mesh structure formed therein. The flange portion is fixed on the runner body so as to contact with an outer face of the mold, and the gate passes through the flange portion and has a feeding orifice formed in the flange portion. The flange portion also includes at least one inlet and at least one outlet which are in communication with the cooling path of the runner body and do not contact with the mold, such that external gas flows out of the at least one outlet from the at least one inlet via the cooling path.

A method for manufacturing a resin container includes: performing injection molding on a resin preform; adjusting a temperature of the preform manufactured in the performing injection molding; and performing blow molding on the temperature-adjusted preform to manufacture the resin container. In the performing injection molding, injection molds are opened after completion of filling and pressure holding of a resin material, and the preform is taken out without being cooled in the injection molds after the completion of filling and pressure holding. In addition, in the adjusting the temperature, a refrigerant is introduced into the preform to cool the preform.

The pressure measurement device includes: a measurement cylinder mounted to the injection unit and through which the molding material injected by the injection unit flows; a plurality of dies mounted to the measurement cylinder and through which the molding material flows, and having different specifications; a flow path switching pin that selectively switches a discharge destination of the molding material to any one of the plurality of dies; and a pressure sensor that measures a pressure of the molding material in the measurement cylinder.
