NOZZLE TERMINAL FOR INJECTORS OF PLASTIC MATERIAL INJECTION MOULDING APPARATUS
A nozzle terminal for injectors of plastic material injection moulding apparatus, includes an inner tubular body or tip and a ring nut. The tip includes a radially inner element made of a first material and a radially outer element made of a second material arranged at contact with the radially inner element at an intermediate portion thereof terminating at a distance from the distal end thereof. The ring nut fully covers the radially outer element, insulating it from the environment.
Nozzle mouthpiece for an injection molding nozzle, injection molding nozzle and injection molding tool
A nozzle mouthpiece for an injection molding nozzle for use in an injection molding tool and for processing a fluid mass has a flow channel having an inlet opening and an outlet opening. A first sealing surface is formed radially with respect to a longitudinal axis. A stop surface is arranged between the first sealing surface and the outlet opening and is aligned perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and facing the outlet opening. A a coupling means is arranged radially with respect to the longitudinal axis for fixing the nozzle mouthpiece in a mold sprue opening of a pattern plate. An injection molding nozzle and an injection molding tool is provided having such the telescopic nozzle mouthpiece, which can be fixed in a mold sprue opening of a pattern plate.
NOZZLE TERMINAL FOR INJECTORS OF PLASTIC MATERIAL INJECTION MOULDING APPARATUS
A nozzle terminal for injectors of plastic material injection moulding apparatus, includes a tubular tip defining a flow passage for the injected plastic material and including a radially inner element made of a first abrasion resistant material, an intermediate element made of a second high thermal conductivity material, and a radially outer element made of a third corrosion resistant material. The radially inner, intermediate and radially outer elements are joined to each other in intimate mutual contact, and the radially outer element fully covers the intermediate element thus insulating it from the environment.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR INJECTING A MOLTEN MATERIAL DURING AN INJECTION MOLDING PROCESS
A method is described for injecting a molten material from a nozzle into a mold during an injection molding process. The molten material is guided towards the nozzle via a tip insert which is provided with an internal central cavity and houses a valve pin translatable to reach one end of the tip insert and there adjust a flow of molten material. The molten material travels the central cavity, deviates for a first time away from said axis to exit the internal central cavity through at least one first channel which takes it into an auxiliary chamber, approaches the nozzle traveling a distance inside the auxiliary chamber, deviates for a second time and re-enters the internal central cavity through at least one second channel, and travels along a final section of internal central cavity to reach the nozzle and proceeds inside the mould.
Component for a nozzle of an injection molding apparatus as well as corresponding nozzle and injection molding apparatus
A component for a nozzle for injecting molten plastic into a molding cavity of a container, in particular of a test tube or a bottle preform, the component comprising a first body in which a shutter can slide along an axis; wherein the first body has a wall which extends about said axis; wherein said wall is provided with a first zone adapted to guide the sliding of the shutter along the axis, and a second zone which delimits a first stretch of a channel for the molten plastic; wherein said first body is provided with at least one through hole which crosses said wall, in particular transversely to the axis, which allows the molten plastic to pass through, in particular to enter, said first stretch of the channel.
Injector Nozzle Tip for Plastic Injection Molding Machines
A structure applicable/applied to the end of an injector for injection molding of molten material is described. The structure comprises from the inside out: a nozzle tip formed of a first, second and third portions defining a channel inside the nozzle tip for molten material to be injected, a sleeve or overlay mounted on the external surface of the nozzle tip to enclose it in correspondence with the first portion, the third portion and partially the second portion, a cup-shaped terminal member and a ring nut.
