A conditioned jack for actuating a valve pin of an injector for apparatus for injection molding of plastic materials, includes a cylinder having at least one thrust chamber delimited on one side by a first bottom and on the other side by a second bottom, a support of the cylinder for securing the jack to the molding apparatus, and a flow circuit for a conditioning fluid of the jack, which is formed within a bushing which constitutes said second bottom, is separable from the cylinder and is provided with inner and outer annular sealing gaskets of respectively the cylinder and a stem.
VALVE PIN PLATE INJECTION MOLDING APPARATUS
An injection molding apparatus having a valve pin plate coupling at least one valve pin to an actuator which, in operation, axially moves the valve pin plate between a closed position and an open position. The valve pin is coupled to the valve pin plate via a valve pin coupler. A biasing member is compressed against a support surface by the valve pin holder when the valve pin plate is in the closed position to create a supplementary coupling force coupling the valve pin to the valve pin holder.

An actuator system for an injection molding system includes a double acting pressurized fluid actuator having a piston drive movable in a cylinder space, a flow control valve for regulating a flow rate of pressurized fluid to and/or from the cylinder space, a flow sensor for detecting the flow rate of pressurized fluid to and/or from the cylinder space, and an electronic controller for controlling the flow control valve to regulate the flow rate of pressurized fluid to and/or from the cylinder space depending on the flow rate detected by the flow sensor.

Apparatus and method for controlling injection molding
An apparatus and method for establishing triggers for the opening of one or multiple gates to a mold cavity of an injection molding system, followed by a sequence of predetermined valve pin movements over the course on an injection cycle. In one embodiment, the invention provides a graphical user interface and control system enabling a user to select from and arrange a plurality of virtual icons into a user-defined virtual sequence that define associated triggering events and actuator controlled pin movements over the course of an injection cycle. In various embodiments, the apparatus and method allows the system operator to view a simulated profile of such triggers and movements and to compare the simulated profile to an actual profile to access differences and make adjustments to the triggers and sequencing more quickly and efficiently. This is particularly useful in sequential molding systems where multiple gates need to be programmed and adjusted to compensate for variations from a predetermined sequence.

A resin shaping mold includes a hot runner, a cavity, a cold runner, and a valve pin. The cold runner is connected to the hot runner and the cavity. The cold runner has a lower temperature than the hot runner. The valve pin configured to move forward and backward from the hot runner toward the cold runner and close a channel of molten resin from the hot runner to the cavity at a predetermined position. The valve pin includes a runner lock portion configured to hold resin solidified at a position further on the cavity side with respect to the predetermined position in the cold runner.

The actuating device further includes a reciprocating device for moving the support plate in the first direction relative to the hot runner manifold, wherein the reciprocating device includes a slider mechanism and an actuation drive that is connected to a trigger device for generating a linear motion, wherein the slider mechanism has at least one thrust rod that is disposed in a second direction at an angle relative to the first direction.

The invention relates to a device (10) for producing objects from a solidifying molding compound, comprising: a feed region (12) with at least one sprue point (32) for supplying the molding compound, and a mold insert (18), which at least in part bounds a cavity (36) in which the molding compound supplied through the sprue point (32) can be received, wherein the cavity (36) has at least one object molding region (38), which molds the object to be produced, and at least one distribution region (40), which is designed to guide the supplied molding compound to the object is molding region (38). The device further comprises at least one pusher device (44), which is designed in a first position to allow a connection of the object molding region (38) and the distribution region (40), and in a second position to separate the object molding region (38) and the distribution region (40) from one another, wherein the mold insert (18) can be moved along a movement axis (B) relative to the feed region (12), and wherein the pusher device (44) can be actuated according to the relative movement.
