SLIDE ASSEMBLY FOR INJECTION MOLDS
A slide assembly for injection molds includes a closing wedge, a slide body provided with a hole for at least partially housing said closing wedge, and a figure insert coupled to the slide body. The figure insert in the use position is vertically and horizontally movable with respect to the slide body. The slide assembly is both economical and simple.
Mold apparatus
A rotary core includes an undercut portion molding section for molding an undercut portion in a resin-molded article, and a seal portion abutting on a mold main body. In a side view viewed from a direction orthogonal to the direction in which a shaft member serving as the rotation center of the rotary core extends, a first imaginary line extending along the inner edge of the seal portion, and a second imaginary line extending from the rotation center to the first imaginary line and orthogonal to the first imaginary line are drawn. The seal portion includes a portion that is located on a lower side of the second imaginary line and is bent inward in the width direction as compared with a portion of the seal portion that is located on an upper side of the second imaginary line.
Tool for the injection molding of plastic molded parts and method for moving a slide of a tool half of the tool
A tool for the injection molding of plastic molded parts has two tool halves movable in relation to each other, one of which has a mold plate carrying at least one mold insert with a multiplicity of mold cavities, or a mold plate with a mold insert support platen, which carries at least one mold insert with a multiplicity of mold cavities. The mold cavities are designed to form molded parts in conjunction with complementary cavities present on the second of the tool halves. The mold insert of each mold cavity is assigned a slide, which is arranged movably over or in a cavity-side surface of the mold insert. The slide has at least one guide element in engagement with a counterpart guide element in the mold insert. A connection bolt extends from the slide in the direction of the mold plate or of the mold insert support platen and is guided in a guide groove of a rotary ring. A plurality of connection bolts of a plurality of slides are arranged circumferentially along the circumference of the rotary ring, distributed in a corresponding number of guide grooves, and the rotary ring is connected to a drive ring arranged on the mold plate or the mold insert support platen.
MANUFACTURING METHOD AND INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM
A method including a first step of performing clamping of a mold, injection and dwelling in an injection molding machine, a second step of performing a conveyance and a cooling of the mold outside of the machine, and a third step of performing a conveyance of the mold into the machine, an opening of the mold and an ejection of a molded part in the machine. The second step is performed for a first mold, the third step and the next first step are performed for a second mold. The first mold is conveyed by a first conveyance apparatus which is arranged on one lateral side of the machine. The second mold is conveyed by a second conveyance apparatus which is arranged on the other lateral side and is independently driven from the first conveyance apparatus.

MOLD APPARATUS

DEVICE FOR EJECTING A MOULD, COMPRISING A CHAIN WITH SLIDING LINKS AND AN ADJUSTMENT SHIM
An ejection device having a pushing device that can be moved in translation along a first axis, an ejection element is translatable along a second axis different from the first axis, and a transfer device connecting the pushing device and the ejection element. The transfer device includes a transmission chain having at least two transmission links which are translatable in a sliding direction. The ejection device further includes an adjustment wedge mounted on the pushing device, the adjustment wedge having an adjustment surface forming an adjustment angle, with the transmission chain being mounted on the adjustment surface.
MOLD WITH QUICK CONNECTION AND DISCONNECTION
A mold assembly includes a services block and a cavity plate defining at least a portion of a molding cavity. A quick connection mechanism can connect and disconnect the plate and the services block. The cavity plate may include a base block and a mold cavity block. A mold assembly may include two opposed combinations of such a service block and a cavity plate each mounted to an opposed platen. The base block may include a quick connection device operable connect with and disconnect from a quick connection device on the services block. A services channel in the cavity plate may connect with and disconnect from a service channel in the services block with a quick connection mechanism. A molding system may include a plurality of such cavity plates, each operable to connect with and disconnect from the same services block.
MOLD DEVICE
In a mold device, a side portion of a second mold forming a second cavity portion is deformed outward in a second direction by injection pressure during injection molding, and an insert is displaced along with the deformation of the side portion. A drive portion moves the insert in a drive direction intersecting the first direction and the second direction so as to be able to advance and retract between a molding position at which the molded article can be molded and a retracted position at which the molded article can be released. The insert is swingably attached to the drive portion.
Mold for manufacturing faucet body
A mold for manufacturing a faucet body is disclosed, including: a lower mold base; and an upper mold base forming a mold cavity. A first and second core-pulling mechanisms are slidably arranged at two ends of the lower mold base respectively, the first core-pulling mechanism is provided with a first mold core set including a valve seat mounting groove mold core, a water outlet channel mold core and a water inlet channel mold core. The valve seat mounting groove mold core and the water outlet channel mold core are fixedly arranged on one side of the first core-pulling mechanism facing the mold cavity, the water inlet channel mold core is connected with a rotating block, the other end of the rotating block is rotatably arranged on the first core-pulling mechanism. The second core-pulling mechanism is provided with a second mold core set.
