Injection mold
An injection mold, in particular for encapsulating rotors of electric machines, has a mold, wherein the mold has an arrangement of mold segments. The arrangement forms, along a longitudinal axis, a cavity for a component to be arranged. An exchange unit is provided, which is designed to remove at least one mold segment from and/or insert at least one mold segment into the arrangement, with the result that a size of the cavity can be changed.

A device for producing seat shells for vehicle seats may have an injection molding tool, in which an injection molding compound, in particular of a plastic, particularly of a thermoplastic plastic, can be molded on a semi-finished product, in particular an organo-sheet. The semi-finished product may be at least lateral cheeks of the respective seat shell, wherein a cavity in the injection molding tool can be modified in a forming region for the lateral cheeks.
PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING AND PROCESS
A method of injection molding uses different mold inserts, such as lead frames, to selectively control material flow in order to produce different parts in a common mold. One mold insert can have a different geometry than another mold insert so that molten material is either blocked or allowed to flow through corresponding portions of the mold inserts. By changing out the insert used for injection molding, insert-molded plastic parts produced in the mold can differ by at least one part feature.
INJECTION MOLDING DIE, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MOLDED PRODUCT
An injection molding die of the invention is used in a molding method of causing a surface of a resin molded product during molding to be brought into close contact with both cavity surfaces of a pair of dies by setting surface temperatures of cavity surfaces of the pair of dies to be higher than a deformation temperature of a resin to be molded. The injection molding die of the invention is capable of increasing the volume of the cavity along with operation of injecting the resin to a cavity formed by the pair of dies and reducing the volume of the cavity along with contraction of the resin by cooling.
Slide Guidance and Wear Reduction for Injection Molding
A guidance system for a slide assembly for a mold for a plastic and/or silicone processing machine is presented. The processing machine comprises at least two mold halves with at least one slide assembly mounted to at least one mold half. The slide assembly is movable parallel to the plane of the parting line of the two mold halves and generally perpendicular to the direction of the plane of separation of the two mold halves after a part has been formed. The slide assembly comprises a carrier for holding cavity forming parts, gibs that secure the carrier to the mold half, and a series of rollers arranged to engage with the carrier such that the rollers roll with the movement of the carrier parallel to the parting line of the two mold halves. The rollers do not bear any of the compression force used to press the two mold halves together.
Device and a method for fabricating a part by injection molding
An injection molding device for fabricating a part, the device including an injection mold, the mold being formed of a support and a countermold that are distinct and that define between them a mold cavity presenting a first shape; and at least one injection device for injecting a fluid material into the mold cavity; the device including deformation elements configured to modify the shape of the mold cavity into a second shape distinct from the first shape.

Articulated molding insert
A method and apparatus for forming a part having a cavity with a complex contour is presented. The molding apparatus comprises a mold cavity and a molding insert. The mold cavity is formed by a first mold portion and a second mold portion. The molding insert is within the mold cavity, wherein the molding insert has a forming surface, and wherein the molding insert is configured to move in more than one direction relative to the first mold portion.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR LIMITING OR KEEPING CONSTANT A FLOWING QUANTITY OF LIQUID
A device for limiting or keeping constant a quantity of fluid flowing therethrough, includes: a housing with a front chamber and a rear chamber; a partition arranged in the housing with two or more openings; and a flow limiting element arranged in one or both openings. The flow limiting element includes a housing provided with an inlet, an outlet and a throughflow opening; and a resilient plate-like valve element mounted in the housing, substantially able to close the throughflow opening by resilient movement in the direction of a valve seat arranged in the housing adjacently of the throughflow opening. The valve element is fixed on one side and can move resiliently on the opposite side in the direction of the valve seat. A mould produces one or more injection-moulded products. The injection-moulded product is a flow limiter for limiting the force of the flow of a fluid flowing therethrough.
Method for manufacturing resin molded product
Provided is a resin molding apparatus that can reduce a variation in a thickness of a resin to be molded. A resin molding apparatus includes: a molding mold having one mold and the other mold; one mold wedge mechanism; and one mold cavity block driving mechanism. In a state that one mold cavity block is moved to a preset height position using the one mold cavity block driving mechanism and a position in a direction away from the other mold in the one mold cavity block having been moved to the height position is fixed to be limited using the one mold wedge mechanism, a resin is injected into one mold cavity, and thereafter resin molding can be performed by changing a depth of the one mold cavity using the one mold wedge mechanism and the one mold cavity block driving mechanism.
