A method for forming a part in an injection mold includes heating a polymer material to a temperature greater than or equal to a polymer glass transition temperature; injecting the polymer material into the injection molding apparatus of any of the preceding claims while pressing together the stationary half mold surface and the moving half mold surface to form the molding cavity; cooling a surface of the molding cavity with the cooling system; separating the stationary half mold surface and the moving half mold surface; and moving the ejection block relative to the stationary half thereby pushing the part away from the stationary half molding surface and ejecting the part from the injection molding apparatus.

In an ignition coil, a housing has an inner chamber, and a transformer is installed in the inner chamber of the housing. A molded side-core assembly of a transformer includes an arched side core magnetically coupled to first and second ends of a longitudinal center core and located outside a circumferential part of primary and secondary windings. The molded side-core assembly includes an insulation cover molded to cover at least part of the arched side core. The insulation cover has a surface and at least one molding mark formed on the surface thereof. An insulation filler is filled in the inner chamber of the housing while the at least part of the arched side core is exposed from the insulation filler and the at least one molding mark is hermetically sealed in the insulation filler.

INJECTION MOLDING APPARATUS WITH EJECTION MECHANISM

An injection molding apparatus includes a first mold module, a second mold module, and an ejection mechanism. The second mold module is disposed on the first mold module. An injection chamber and a product chamber are formed between the first mold module and the second mold module. The ejection mechanism includes a main ejection assembly; a main ejection rod mounted to the main ejection assembly and passes through the first mold module; the central ejection assembly disposed in the main ejection assembly; and a central ejection rod mounted to the central ejection assembly and passes through the first mold module. After plastic in the injection chamber and the product chamber are cooled, a plastic product and an injection part connected to the plastic product are formed. Next, the central ejection assembly is lifted to separate the injection part from the plastic product by the central ejection rod.

Injection molding device

An injection molding device includes a housing having a door, an injection molding machine, a detection section, and a control section. The control section controls voltage applied to the mold clamping motor, and performs mold-clamping and mold-opening of the upper mold and the lower mold by either moving the injection unit and the upper mold along the vertical direction or by moving the lower mold along the vertical direction. The mold clamping device further includes a first brake section that, when application of voltage to the mold clamping motor is stopped, regulates movement of the injection unit and the upper mold in the vertical direction or movement of the lower mold in the vertical direction. When the detection section detects that the door is open or detects intrusion of foreign matter, the control section stops application of voltage to the mold clamping motor.
