INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE AND METHOD OF OPERATING THE SAME
An injection molding machine has a clamp that generates electromagnetic force and that secures a moving plate or a fixed plate using attractive force that is produced by the electromagnetic force; and a controller that controls separation force that acts on the moving plate or the fixed plate such that the separation force is less than the attractive force.
Method for injection molding plastic parts by an injection molding machine
An injection molding method that includes: (a) fitting an injection molding machine with an injection mold defining one or more molding cavities, with at least one mold plate provided with one or more channels for circulation of a tempering medium, (b) providing a feed of plastic material, (c) heating the molding cavities by circulating through the channels a first tempering medium, (d) injecting plastic material into the closed heated mold to fill the molding cavities, (e) cooling the molding cavities of the filled closed injection mold until at least partly solidifying the molded plastic parts by circulating through the channels a second tempering medium, (f) opening the injection mold by parting the injector plate from the ejector plate, (g) ejecting the at least partly solidified molded plastic parts by actuation of ejector pins of the ejector plate, and (h) repeating the cycle of steps (c)-(g).
INJECTION MOLD
An injection mold includes an upper mold core, an upper mold plate, a sprue bushing and an upper mold fixing plate. The sprue bushing is completely accommodated in the upper mold plate and the upper mold core, the sprue bushing defining a runner therein. The sprue bushing includes a mounting part and an extending part extending from the mounting part, the mounting part is received in the upper mold plate, the extending part is disposed through the upper mold core, and the runner runs through the mounting part and the extending part. The upper mold fixing plate is piled on and fixed to the upper mold plate, the upper mold fixing plate is provided with a through hole communicated with the runner, the upper mold fixing plate includes a flange extending inwardly from a side wall of the through hole, the flange abuts against the mounting part.
Injection molding system
An injection molding system includes a first unit that has a first injection molding machine configured to inject a first molding material into a first cavity partitioned by a first fixed mold and a movable mold, a second unit that includes a second injection molding machine configured to inject a second molding material into a second cavity partitioned by a second fixed mold and the movable mold, and a movement mechanism configured to, after the first molding material is injected into the first cavity, move the movable mold filled with the first molding material from the first injection molding machine to the second injection molding machine.
System And Method To Form Attachment Structure
Methods and systems for forming an injection molded part. The system includes a mold cavity housing having a first end and a second end and an opening passing through the housing from the first end to the second end, a lifter member having a first end and a second end, a plurality of attachment formation members, and a groove formed in an outside surface of the lifter member, a lifter guide having a guide member, wherein the rotary lifter translates within the opening in the mold cavity housing and rotates as the guide member travels along the groove in the lifter member.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING CASING FOR RADIAL COMPRESSOR, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING RADIAL COMPRESSOR
The present invention provides a method for producing a casing for a compressor, the method including an intake-side casing molding process of molding an intake portion and a first main body portion of a scroll portion by integral molding of resin; an impeller-side casing molding process of integrally molding a second main body portion of the scroll portion and a diffuser portion by a resin molding metal mold used in the intake-side casing molding process; a die sliding process of combining the intake portion and the first main body portion which have been integrally molded, and the second main body portion and the diffuser portion which have been integrally molded, by slide of the resin molding metal mold; and a secondary molding process of joining the intake portion and the first main body portion, and the second main body portion and the diffuser portion combined with each other by resin.
Molding die and die-exchanging method
A molding die has a lower holder, an intermediate holder, an upper holder, a lock member, an upper link bar, a lower link bar, a restriction member, and a drive part. A movement of the lock member in a molding die opening direction or a molding die closing direction is restricted by the intermediate holder. The upper link bar has a first retaining groove in which the lock member fits when being located at a molding die closing position. The lower link bar has a second retaining groove in which the lock member fits and a release portion that enables the lock member to be released from the first retaining groove. The restriction member is movable between a restriction position that prevents the lock member from fitting in the second retaining groove and a free position that enables the lock member to fit in the second retaining groove.
Resin cast device and resin cast method
An air ejector of a resin molding device includes air passages, air outlets through which air is injected, movable valves biased by bias members to close the air outlets, accommodation spaces in which the movable valves are movably contained, an air supply path through which air is supplied from an air supply source, and a pressure sensor to detect air pressure. After completing the mold removal, the air is supplied via the air supply path to the air passages at an air pressure smaller than the bias force of the bias members, and the air pressure is detected by the pressure sensor.
Method and apparatus for manufacturing optical component, and optical component
A method for manufacturing an optical component having an optical surface includes: injecting a molten resin into a cavity; curing the molten resin to form the optical component; and taking the optical component out from the movable mold by moving the movable mold away from the fixed mold, and piercing a part of the optical surface (first incident surface) of the optical component attached to the movable mold by the protruding pin, and then wherein a tip end face of the protruding pin includes: a first surface; and a second surface having an area smaller than an area of the first surface, and extending continuously from the first surface in a curved form, the second surface being located on at least a part of an outer circumferential edge portion of the tip end face, that is, a tip end in the first direction.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DECORATIVE MOLDING AND MOLD FOR THE METHOD
