METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING AN ELASTICALLY DEFORMABLE SHAPED PART AND AN ELASTICALLY DEFORMABLE SHAPED PART
A method produces an elastically deformable molded part having a number of undercut molded-part regions, by use of a mold. To provide a technique which makes it possible to produce individual molded parts which are elastically deformable and have undercut regions from soft materials in a precise and cost-effective manner, a method is performed in which a molded-part material is introduced into the mold. The mold has a shaping contour with a number of special contour regions, which are configured for shaping the number of undercut molded-part regions of the molded part, and in which the molded part is removed from the mold by at least partially deforming the mold together with the molded part therein in such a way that the molded part elastically deforms and the mold at least partially, but in any event to the extent of the special contour regions, breaks up.
Mold, injection molding method and related cap with internal protruding portions
A mold for injection molding of a plastic cap having protruding internal portions is provided. The mold has a male mold and a female mold that form a molding cavity. The male mold consists of a mobile portion fitted above a fixed portion, the mobile portion being rotatable around the fixed portion and provided with grooves having an inclined lateral surface that defines an outlet ramp. A method for producing a plastic cap by use of the mold is also provided. The method includes rotating the mobile portion of the male mold with respect to the plastic cap until flat walls of the mobile portion are located in the region of protruding portions of the plastic cap, thereby causing a slight circumferential expansion of the skirt of the plastic cap.
Method for molding a closure and gasket combination
What is presented is a method of forming a closure with a sealing gasket in an injection molding machine that has a center rotating cube. The center rotating cube comprises a plurality of mold back halves each comprising cores and a thread unscrewing mechanism. Each core is shaped to form a closure that has a thread and an anti-rotation feature. The method comprises the steps of forming a closure with a through hole, rotating the core to create a gap between the formed closure and the core, and injecting a compressible material through the through hole and into the gap to form a sealing gasket.

Provided is a plunger including: a plunger body; a first surface configured to come into contact with an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical member; a second surface disposed on a base end side relative to the first surface, the second surface having an outer diameter that is smaller than that of the first surface; an outer stepped surface disposed between the first surface and the second surface; a first housing disposed in an area at least partly corresponding to the second surface in the recess, the first housing being provided for housing a tip part of the pin; a second housing disposed on the base end side relative to the first housing, the second housing having an inner diameter that is smaller than a largest inner diameter of the first housing; and an inner stepped surface disposed between the first housing and the second housing.
Hook and Loop Fastener Connector
A hook-and-loop fastener connector having a plurality of hooks (7) arranged on a base plate (16). The hooks (7) exhibit a hook foot (8) and a hook head (9). The hook foot (8) and hook head (9) are arranged within one plane. The plane (10) and the base plate (16) are angled to each other at an angle (β) greater than 90°.
Apparatus for Producing a Hook-and-Loop Fastener Connector via an Injection Molding Method
The invention relates to an apparatus for producing a hook-and-loop fastener connector (18) via an injection molding method, which comprises: an injection mold (11) having a plurality of first and second mold halves (1;2), wherein each first mold half (1) exhibits a plurality of first cavities (3) in a first surface (4) and each second mold half (2) exhibits a plurality of second cavities (5 ) in a second surface (6), and the first and second surfaces (4;6) face each other and contact such that the first and second cavity (3; 5) together form an entire cavity in hook form, wherein the hook form (7) exhibits a hook foot (8) and a hook head (9), and the hook foot (8) and hook head (9) are arranged within one plane, wherein the hook foot (8) is formed at least by the first cavity (3) and the hook head (9) is formed at least by the second cavity (5), wherein the injection mold (11) has a longitudinal axis (12) along which the second mold halves (2) are displaceable in relation to the first mold halves (1), characterized in that the plane (10) and the longitudinal axis (12) are angled to one another.
PREFORM AND CONTAINER ADAPTED FOR ACCOMMODATING AN INSERT PIECE, WITH METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR THEIR PRODUCTION
The invention provides a mould core and injection moulding apparatus for the production of a preform using a mould core which in the zone for defining the neck part of the preform comprises a combination of a raised portion and a shallow groove with a depth of 0.01 to 1 mm provided in the raised portion, for defining an internal attachment means in the neck of the preform. The invention also provides a preform and a container made from the preform, with internal attachment means in the neck. The internal attachment means is carried out rotation symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of the preform. The combinations with an insert piece, preferably a pouring spout, flexible hose or dosing cap, have also been described. Furthermore, the invention provides an injection moulding method for the preform production and a stretch blow moulding method for the container production.
COVER DEVICE FOR HOLDING ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A cover device according to an embodiment of the present invention, may include a first plate including a first surface and a second surface facing away from the first surface, and being substantially rectangular, the first plate including a first edge having a first length and extending in a first direction, a second edge having a second length longer than the first length and extending in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, a third edge parallel to the first edge, having the first length, and extending in the first direction from the second edge, and a fourth edge parallel to the second edge, having the second length, and extending from the first edge in the second direction, a first sidewall perpendicular to the first surface and extending from the first edge, a second sidewall perpendicular to the first surface and the first sidewall and extending from the second edge, a third sidewall perpendicular to the first surface and the second sidewall and extending from the third edge, and a fourth sidewall perpendicular to the first surface and the third sidewall and extending from the fourth edge, wherein the first surface, the first sidewall, the second sidewall, the third sidewall and the fourth sidewall together may form a recess for receiving and holding the electronic device, and the first surface may include at least one parting line having a third length longer than the first length and shorter than the second length and extending in the second direction.
