INJECTION SCREW FOR RIGID VINYL CHLORIDE
A rigid vinyl chloride injection screw which kneads and injects rigid vinyl chloride includes a flight and a groove. L/D is set to be 19.1 where L is an effective screw length and D is a diameter of the injection screw. tf/tm is set to be 2.5 where tf is the width of the flight at a supply portion and tm is the width of the flight at a measure portion. hf/hm is set to be 2.1 where hf is the depth of the groove at the supply portion and hm is the depth of the groove at the measure portion. A compression ratio that is calculated from ((Ptf)hf)/((Ptm)hm) is set to be 1.74 where P is a pitch of the injection screw.

INJECTION MOLDING DEVICE
An injection molding device includes a housing having a door, an injection molding machine, a detection section, and a control section. The control section controls voltage applied to the mold clamping motor, and performs mold-clamping and mold-opening of the upper mold and the lower mold by either moving the injection unit and the upper mold along the vertical direction or by moving the lower mold along the vertical direction. The mold clamping device further includes a first brake section that, when application of voltage to the mold clamping motor is stopped, regulates movement of the injection unit and the upper mold in the vertical direction or movement of the lower mold in the vertical direction. When the detection section detects that the door is open or detects intrusion of foreign matter, the control section stops application of voltage to the mold clamping motor.

MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE FOR FOAM MOLDED ARTICLE
A method for producing a foam-molded product uses a producing apparatus including a plasticizing cylinder. The plasticizing cylinder has a plasticization zone, a starvation zone, and an introducing port which is formed in the plasticizing cylinder and via which a physical foaming agent is introduced into the starvation zone. The method includes: plasticizing and melting a thermoplastic resin into a molten resin in the plasticization zone; introducing a pressurized fluid containing the physical foaming agent having a fixed pressure into the starvation zone; allowing the molten resin to be in the starved state in the starvation zone; bringing the molten resin in the starved state into contact with the pressurized fluid having the fixed pressure in the starvation zone; and molding the molten resin into the foam-molded product. At least one pressure boosting part is provided in the starvation zone.
