Multi-control system of mold cooling structure

This invention presents a multi-control system for mold cooling that prevents injection molding product deformation. The system supplies various temperature water through injection mold flow paths to control different mold portion temperatures. Cold and hot water tanks (41, 42) store temperature-adjusted water. Water supply pumps (45) deliver water to conversion distributor A, where opening and closing valves (26) regulate flow to supply branch pipes (24), then first supply pipes (21), through cooling cores (10) flow paths (11). This heats or cools cooling cores (10) and upper and lower molds (1, 2) at different temperatures before returning via first return pipes (22) and return branch pipes (25) to temperature adjustment units (40). Opening and closing valves (26) control water temperature during injection cycles, adjusting pressure and flow rate for each cooling core (10), enabling rapid temperature control and improved productivity while preventing product deformation.

A core back injection molding system includes a mold including a mold body having a mold cavity. The mold body includes a first mold half having a first portion of the mold cavity and a second mold half having a second portion of the mold cavity. An induction heating system including an induction heating coil is arranged in the first mold half. A core back controller is operatively connected to the mold and the induction heating system. The core back controller is configured to fill the mold cavity with a molten material including a foaming agent, separate the first mold half from the second mold half a selected amount allowing the foaming agent to expand the molten material, activate the induction heating system to promote flow of the molten material in the mold cavity, and eject a part formed from the molten material from the mold.

Product forming system, e.g. by a rotational moulding process, comprising an electrically heated mould of which at least one mould part is provided with a plurality of electrical resistors for heating a cavity inside the mould, means for applying electric current to the electrical resistors, and a measurement device for measuring the electric current flowing through the electric resistors. The measurement device comprises a plurality of openings, with at least one electrical conductor running through each opening, each of which is connected in series to at least one of the electrical resistors. At each opening, an inductive element is provided for measuring the electric current through the respective at least one electrical conductor. The measurement device comprises electronic components for converting the measured currents into measurement data and for storing and/or transmitting the measurement data.
