A surgical clip is provided, having two clip arms and a resiliently flexible element pivotally connecting the two clip arms together. The two clip arms each have a first free end, which are held in parallel to and in contact with each other with a predetermined closing force by the flexible element in a rest position. At a second end opposite the free end, the clip arms are held connected to a wall section of the flexible element that is arranged substantially transverse to the longitudinal direction of the clip arms, extends between the second ends of the clip arms and has a first wall portion facing towards the clip arms and a second wall portion facing away from the clip arms. The flexible element is made from a plastics material by injection molding. The first wall portion is produced with a greater shrinkage than the second wall portion.

DOOR PILLAR FOR VEHICLE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

An injection molding device includes a stationary mold provided with a first gate opening, and a second gate opening, a movable mold configured to be mold-clamped against the stationary mold, a first hot runner configured to inject a first molding material in a cavity compartmented by the stationary mold and the movable mold, via the first gate opening, a second hot runner configured to inject a second molding material in the cavity via the second gate opening, and a cooler configured to cool the stationary mold. An end surface of the stationary mold opposed to the movable mold has a first region located between the first gate opening and the second gate opening, and a second region different from the first region. The cooler is configured so that a cooling performance with respect to the first region becomes higher than a cooling performance with respect to the second region.

METHOD OF MAKING COMPRESSION MOLDED PARTS WITH BACK INJECTION MOLDED FEATURES

A method of manufacturing molded parts having back injection molded features is operable to make decorative panels for vehicle applications. A single workstation can heat a substrate, locate the heated substrate in a tool, load a cover stock on the substrate while in the tool, insert a buffer layer over the cover stock, close the tool, inject a resin to form ribbing, clip towers, locators, and/or attachment features, cool the part, and then open the tool to eject the completed part. The enhanced manufacturing processes reduces tooling cost and inherent energy usage.

Heating device for locally heating of an injection mold cavity wall, comprising: a base plate, an actuator located on the base plate, to perform a linear movement; a heated stamp connected to the actuator and driven by the actuator, to perform a linear movement in direction to and from the injection mold cavity wall; wherein the heated stamp is located below the base plate and the actuator is located on top of the base plate, and wherein the base plate comprises an opening through which a pin extends for transferring the linear movement from the actuator to the heated stamp.

Multi-control system of mold cooling structure
12544963 · 2026-02-10 · ·

This invention presents a multi-control system for mold cooling that prevents injection molding product deformation. The system supplies various temperature water through injection mold flow paths to control different mold portion temperatures. Cold and hot water tanks (41, 42) store temperature-adjusted water. Water supply pumps (45) deliver water to conversion distributor A, where opening and closing valves (26) regulate flow to supply branch pipes (24), then first supply pipes (21), through cooling cores (10) flow paths (11). This heats or cools cooling cores (10) and upper and lower molds (1, 2) at different temperatures before returning via first return pipes (22) and return branch pipes (25) to temperature adjustment units (40). Opening and closing valves (26) control water temperature during injection cycles, adjusting pressure and flow rate for each cooling core (10), enabling rapid temperature control and improved productivity while preventing product deformation.

Method and device for manufacturing bent resin pipe
12617137 · 2026-05-05 · ·

A production method and device for a curved resin pipe via resin injection molding that uses an assist material. An inner curve part and/or an outer curve part of a pre-selected curved section of a cavity which is formed in a mold is configured from a temperature-adjustable piece section. After molten resin is injected into the cavity from an injection molding device, the temperature of the piece section is controlled by a control unit such that the inner curve part has a lower temperature than the outer curve part, and an assist material is injected into the cavity from an assist material injection unit and is passed through the cavity so as to form a pipe path. The resin remaining in the cavity is cured to produce a curved resin pipe.
