DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WOOD-PLASTIC COATED LUMBER COMPOSITE
A wood-plastic/lumber composite co-extrusion feeder includes a frame, wherein at least one group of toothed conveying units, a tooth mark milling unit for milling tooth marks on an outer surface of a lumber, and a lumber co-extrusion mold are arranged on the frame in sequence, each toothed conveying unit includes a lower toothed pressure roller installed on a first fixed bearing seat and an upper toothed pressure roller installed on a first movable bearing seat, and after the first fixed bearing seat and the first movable bearing seat are connected by an adjustment unit, a first conveying channel having an adjustable height is formed between the upper toothed pressure roller and the lower-toothed pressure roller.
Methods for manufacturing metal-resin composite pipe that can be easily wound into ring shape
The present invention may manufacture a composite pipe by forming an adhesive layer and a resin layer on an outer surface of a metal pipe, and although the composite pipe is wound in a ring shape after the composite pipe is manufactured, a circular cross sectional shape may be maintained without deformation, and after the composite pipe is straightened for the purpose of construction, separation or buckling may be prevented, resulting in excellent transportability and constructability of a product.
Method and apparatus for extrusion of thermoplastic handrail
A method and apparatus for extrusion of an article is provided. A die assembly can apply flows of thermoplastic material to an array of reinforcing cables to form a composite extrusion. A slider fabric can be bonded to one side of the composite extrusion. After exiting the die assembly, the slider fabric can act to support the extrudate as it passes along an elongate mandrel, which can cause the base of the slider fabric to change shape from a flat profile to the final internal profile of the article. The extruded article can then be cooled to solidify the material. The die can include cooling for the slider fabric and means for promoting penetration of the thermoplastic into reinforcing cables.
Device and method for calibrating a blown film
A device and a method for calibrating a blown film are provided, said device comprising: a tubular region with at least one inner wall, through which region the blown film can be passed; a liquid reservoir, which can be used to provide a liquid and which is situated above the tubular region, the liquid being guidable between the inner wall and the blown film; and a suctioning device, situated below the tubular region, for suctioning off at least part of the liquid from the blown film. At least one liquid-permeable element is provided, said element surrounding at least parts of the periphery of the blown film. This device permits the distance of the liquid-permeable element from the main axis of the blown film to be altered.
Pipe with an outer wrap
This disclosure relates generally to corrugated pipe, and more particularly to corrugated pipe with an outer wrap. In one embodiment, a pipe includes an axially extended bore defined by a corrugated outer wall having axially adjacent, outwardly-extending corrugation crests, separated by corrugation valleys. The pipe also includes an outer wrap applied to the outer wall. The outer wrap may include fibers and plastic. The outer wrap may span the corrugation crests producing a smooth outer surface.
Extruder head for extruding cord-reinforced extrudate
The disclosure relates to an extruder head for extruding cord reinforced extrudate, wherein the extruder head includes a die and a cord guide, wherein the extruder head further includes a first flow channel that extends along a first flow path through the extruder head at and debouches into the die from a first side of a cord plane and a second flow channel that extends along a second flow path through the extruder head at and debouches into the die from a second side of the cord plane, wherein the first flow path and the second flow path each include a supply section and a coat-hanger section, wherein the first flow path and the second flow path, in their respective coat-hanger sections, extend within a first range of eighty-five to ninety-five degrees with respect to the cord plane along at least seventy percent of the coat-hanger sections.

The jacket includes an inner portion received on the cords and a fluoropolymer outer portion that establishes a fire-resistant exterior of the jacket.
RUBBER-COATED CORD MANUFACTURING DEVICE AND RUBBER-COATED CORD MANUFACTURING METHOD
Provided is a rubber-coated cord manufacturing technique with which the occurring of rubber spew can be prevented and waste in the form of scrap can be reduced during a rubber-coated cord manufacturing step, and with which the burden on an operator can be reduced and a high-quality rubber-coated cord can be stably produced. This rubber-coated cord manufacturing device comprises: an extrusion head that coats rubber on the surface of a cord, the extrusion head including a screw rotation type extruder which extrudes rubber, an insertion port into which the cord is inserted, and a flow path of rubber which has been extruded from the extruder; a cord supply device that supplies the cord to the extrusion head; a rubber-coated cord winding device that winds a rubber-coated cord which has been coated with rubber by the extrusion head; and a head pressure controller that controls the head pressure of the extrusion head. The head pressure controller performs control to maintain the head pressure at a prescribed level by feeding back to the extruder the monitoring results of the head pressure while the cord is coated with the rubber, and adjusting the rotation speed of the screw.
