PARISON SUPPLY DEVICE AND SUPPLY METHOD, AND BLOW MOLDING MACHINE AND BLOW MOLDING METHOD USING SAME
A blow molding capable of maintaining the parison thickness distribution uniform, fabricating high-quality molded products, and improving its productivity. A parison supply device for supplying, to a blow mold, a parison discharged from an extrusion die, the parison supply device including: a pair of chucks for pinching, from above and below, a parison discharged downward from the extrusion die; and a chuck operation part for controlling an operation of pinching the parison by the pair of chucks and an operation of moving the pair of chucks. By the chuck operation part, the pair of chucks performs the operation of pinching the parison while being moved downward.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR THE CONTINUOUS CYCLE PRODUCTION OF CONTAINERS FROM PLASTIC MATERIAL
An apparatus (100) for the continuous cycle production of containers from plastic material comprises a metering unit (1) configured to receive from an extruder a flow of molten plastic and to produce a plurality of doses simultaneously from the flow of molten plastic; a forming station (2) includes a plurality of female compression elements (3) for simultaneously receiving the plurality of doses from the plurality of outlets of the metering unit; a plurality of male elements (4) acts in conjunction with the female compression elements (3) to make a plurality of parisons simultaneously by compression moulding; a blow moulding station (5) is configured to receive the parisons of the plurality of parisons and to blow mould the plurality of parisons to form a corresponding plurality of containers.
Method for producing a container product and device for implementing the method
A method for producing at least one molded, filled and sealed container product (10) includes at least the method steps of: extruding a hose (32) by an extrusion device (12) using supporting gas in vertical extrusion direction in a preforming position; sealing the hose (32) at its lower end and cutting it at its upper open end; cutting the parison (22) to length; transporting the cut parison by a gripper device (20) in linear transport direction transverse to the extrusion direction from the preforming position into an opened molding tool (18); transferring the parison (22) into the opened molding tool (18) by the gripper device (20) in a main forming position; sealing the molding tool (18) for further forming of the parison (22) by a pressure gradient; filling and sealing the parison (22); and returning the gripper device (20) to the preforming position for a repeated sequence of the above method steps.
