The present invention relates to a container manufacturing apparatus having three-dimensional shape, and more specifically, to a container manufacturing apparatus capable of quickly manufacturing a container having three-dimensional shape in quantity by using a pre-form manufactured in advance.

The present invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing the container with three-dimensional shape, comprising: a pre-form supply unit for supplying the pre-form manufactured in advance; a pre-form heating unit for heating the pre-form discharged and transferred from the pre-form supply unit; a pre-form discharge unit for discharging, to the outside, the heated pre-form having passed through the pre-form heating unit; a transfer unit for forming a container for transmitting the pre-form discharged from the pre-form discharge unit; a container forming unit, through which the transfer unit for forming a container passes, having a mold which provides an exterior of the container having three-dimensional shape when the heated pre-form transferred by the transfer unit for forming a container expands; an air supply unit, which is provided adjacent to the container forming unit, for providing air to the pre-form accommodated in the mold so that the pre-form expands; a label supply unit, which is provided adjacent to the container forming unit, for supplying a label for in-mold labeling to an inside of the mold provided in the container forming unit; and a container withdrawal unit, which is provided adjacent to the container forming unit, for withdrawing, to an adjacent region, the container discharged and transferred from the container forming unit by the transfer unit for forming a container.

Two consecutive shuttles moving on this unloading portion are spaced apart by a predetermined output separation that is different from the first input separation.

The invention relates to an apparatus for cooling a plurality of preforms made of thermoplastic material which continuously move on a conveyor belt. The apparatus includes a cylindrical casing with a vertical extension formed by two coaxial cylinders, such a casing contains a guide crossed by a chain or a cable for transporting the preforms therein. The guide, which forms a closed path, comprises a first helical stretch, which raises from the lower plane starting from a station in which the preforms coming from a conveying device are hooked by the chain or by the cable, a second straight stretch, which returns the preforms to the lower plane once they have reached the upper plane, and a third flat stretch at the height of the lower plane, which returns the preforms to the arrival station. The helical stretch of the guide is contained within a cooling tunnel formed in the gap between the two walls of the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder of said casing. The cooling air is conveyed within the cooling tunnel by a specific manifold which is located within the casing.

The system includes elements for removing the incorrectly positioned preforms, which are individually laid flat and arrive from the alignment rollers on the conveyance tracks and are oriented parallel to the longitudinal advancement direction. The removal components include an upper guide having a flow control portion arranged at least in one active blocking position thereof, above the end of the alignment rollers proximate to the conveyance tracks distanced from the alignment rollers to allow passage below the flow control portion of the correctly oriented preforms and block the longitudinal end.
