APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING PLASTIC CONTAINERS, IN PARTICULAR BY MEANS OF LONG STATORS
Provided is a device for treating containers and in particular plastic containers, including a first transport device having a continuous carrier on which a first plurality of transport elements are moveably arranged, each having at least one retainer for retaining plastic preforms and being designed and configured to transport said plastic preforms along a first transport path, and including at least one heating device arranged along the first transport path in order to heat the plastic preforms at least in sections during their transportation along the first transport path.
RESIN CONTAINER MANUFACTURING DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD
There is provided a resin container manufacturing apparatus configured to stretch a preform disposed in a stretch blow molding mold by a stretching rod and stretch the preform by introducing blow air into the preform so as to form a resin container. The resin container manufacturing apparatus includes detection means for detecting an actual position of the stretching rod inserted into the preform, and supply control means for controlling a supply state of the blow air based on a detection result of the detection means.
PARISON GUIDE
There is provided a parison guide which improves a flatness of parison with a simple configuration. A parison guide (1) guides a parison (P) which has an arc shape in horizontal cross section and is discharged from an extrusion apparatus (2). The parison guide is fixed to a discharge-side end portion of the extrusion apparatus (2). The parison guide includes a contact face (17) configured to come into contact with and guide an edge portion of the parison to flatten the parison. Preferably, the contact face (17) includes a curved surface, and the contact face (17) has a curvature of a horizontal cross section which gets smaller in a discharge direction.
BLOW MOLDING APPARATUS
A blow molding apparatus comprises: a continuous transport section 150 provided with a loop-shaped transport path 151 for continuously transporting a preform 200; an intermittent transport section 160 for intermittently transporting the preform 200 to a blow molding section 140; and a delivery section 170 for holding the preform 200 being transported on the transport path 151, and delivering it to the intermittent transport section 160. The delivery section 170 is equipped with a cooling means 300 for jetting a cooling fluid from a first nozzle member 301 onto an outer surface of the preform 200 to cool the preform 200 locally.
MOLD, BLOW MOLDING APPARATUS, AND BLOW MOLDING METHOD
A mold includes a link member including a protruding grip forming part configured to form a grip part to a portion of a container by pressurizing a portion of a preform that is expanded during blow molding; and a piston member configured to move forward toward a cavity to thus press and rotate the link member. The grip forming part has: a pressurizing surface configured to pressurize the portion of the preform; and a contact surface configured to come into contact with the piston member, wherein the piston member has a pressing surface that comes into contact with the contact surface and presses the grip forming part toward an inside of the cavity when moving the pressurizing surface, and wherein the pressurizing surface is arranged at an opposite side of the contact surface of the grip forming part with respect to a moving direction of the piston member.
DEVICE FOR PRODUCING HOLLOW CONTAINER
A hollow container producing device for producing a hollow container using a pair of parison sheets is provided. The hollow container producing device includes a pair of molds; an intermediate frame to be clamped to the pair of molds; and a transport unit that carries the intermediate frame and a pair of parison sheets to a position between the pair of molds, with the pair of parison sheets being respectively held on opposite sides of the intermediate frame.
Machine for forming and filling containers comprising a stabilization area for stabilizing the liquid inside the containers
A machine to shape from a preform and fill with liquid successive containers in successive molds. The machine defines a first closed loop and includes a plurality of holding devices adapted to hold a neck of a preform or of a container. The holding devices are distributed along the first closed loop and the machine further includes a conveyor adapted to convey the holding device along the first closed loop. The first closed loop including a forming area along which each holing device is integrated in a forming station. The first closed loop also including one straight portion extending substantially rectilinearly.
CONTAINER MANUFACTURING APPARATUS
A container manufacturing device is provided. In detail, the container manufacturing device for performing manufacture of a container pre-form and container molding in a single station via one stop. The container manufacturing device includes a pre-form molding module configured to form a shape of a pre-form of a container using a resin material, an injection module connected to the pre-form molding module and configured to supply the resin material to the pre-form molding module, a container molding module configured to inject air to a pre-form completed by the pre-form molding module to expand the pre-form and to form the shape of the container, and including a container mold, and a rotary table with a rib plate suspended thereon while rotating between the pre-form molding module and the container molding module, the pre-form or the container being mounted on the rib plate.
BLOW MOLDING DEVICE
A blow molding device for blow molding preforms into a predetermined shape. The blow molding device includes a batch-type mold provided with cavities, a heating furnace that heats preforms while the preforms are arranged in series, a transfer machine that simultaneously transfers the preforms as a batch to the cavities of the mold after the preforms are heated and sent out sequentially from the heating furnace, and a pressurized liquid feeder that feeds pressurized liquid to the preforms after the preforms are arranged in all of the cavities of the mold and the mold is closed.
DEVICE FOR UNLOADING AND STORING PREFORMS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF CONTAINERS MADE OF PLASTICS
A device for unloading and storing preforms for the production of containers made of plastics includes, comprising at least one cooling plate that defines a plurality of receptacles for respective preforms and means a component for transferring the still-hot preforms from an injection molding device to the cooling plate. The device includes pick-up components adapted to pick up the preforms from the cooling plate and place them inside at least one accommodation container.
