SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF COOKING PROFILES IN AN INDOOR SMOKER
An indoor smoker includes a cabinet defining a smoking chamber, a heating element configured for heating the smoking chamber, and a smoke generating assembly configured for providing smoke into the smoking chamber. Also included is a controller in operative communication with the heating element and the smoke generating assembly. The controller is configured for adjusting a cooking parameter for one or both of the heating element and the smoke generating assembly based upon a cooking profile.

SMOKER
Systems are described for a smoker with multiple cooking chambers capable of cooking at different temperatures with a single shared firebox. A smoker includes a firebox and a plurality of cooking systems. Each cooking system includes a cooking chamber connected to the firebox by a set of conduits, a valve and a smokestack. The set of conduits are configured to supply a flow of air and smoke from the firebox to the cooking chamber. The valve is operably connected to the set of conduits and is configured to adjust the flow of air and smoke to the cooking chamber. The smokestack is connected to the cooking chamber and is configured to allow the flow of air and smoke to exit the cooking chamber.

Smoke tube combustion chamber
Disclosed is a smoke tube combustion chamber that combusts fuel such as wood pellets to provide heat and smoke flavor to the food being cooked. The smoke tube may include two portions that rotate about one another to receive fuel, dispose of excess fuel or fuel waste, and combust the fuel, depending on the positions of the two portions. A flow path may communicate with the smoke tube to provide the necessary air flow to circulate the smoke and heat created by the smoke tube during use. The smoke tube may be a primary or secondary heat source within the appliance.

SMOKE GENERATION COOKING SYSTEM AND METHODS
Embodiments are directed to smoking food in an outdoor grill using a customized smoking routine. In one scenario, an electronic controller of an outdoor grill receives an input to initiate smoke generation according to a specified smoke generation pattern, including: adding a specified amount of combustible pellets to a combustion area within the outdoor grill, such that the combustible pellets begin to burn, measuring a current internal temperature of the outdoor grill and, if below a threshold value, adding a specified amount of additional combustible pellets to the combustion area sufficient to raise the temperature to another threshold value, allowing the internal temperature to cool a temperature below the first threshold value and, upon determining that the temperature of the outdoor grill has cooled below the first specified threshold value, adding additional combustible pellets to the combustion area sufficient to raise the temperature to at least the second threshold value.

Pellet smoker
A floor and an upright sidewall formed from two vertically coaxial components, each component having a floor baffle with a plurality of floor openings defined therein, each floor retained within a respective upright sidewall with a plurality of sidewall openings defined therein. The floor openings and the sidewall openings cooperate between the two coaxial components such that flow of gases through the floor and upright sidewall of the baffle structure is controlled by rotation of the two vertically coaxial components relative to one another.
