SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A PELLET-FIRED SMOKER
This invention relates in general to a pellet-fired smoker which includes a housing having a smoke chamber defined within it. A hopper holding pellet fuel supplies pellets through one or more augers to one or more fire pots configured to enhance smoking a food product by increasing the smoke flowing to a food product at various cooking temperatures.
Smoke Generation Pod
A smoke generation pod for use in a smoke generation system includes an enclosure that has there within a material such as wood that is heated or ignited by a heating element housed within the smoke generation pod receiving energy from an induction coil. The smoke generation pod has an input vent for accepting air and an output vent for distributing smoke. The smoke is routed to an object such as a glass (with or without a liquid there within) for infusing the smoke into the liquid or onto the object. In some embodiments, the output vent has a filter and, some such filters also remove some or all carcinogens from the smoke that is emitted.

A system includes a cooking chamber defining a space for food to be cooked, a firepot inside the cooking chamber that is configured to utilize pelletized fuel to provide heat or smoke within the cooking chamber for cooking the food, and a fuel hopper defining a storage space for the pelletized fuel before delivery to the firepot. A battery powered auger interposes the fuel hopper and the firepot and is configured to selectively convey the pelletized fuel from the fuel hopper to the firepot for combustion. A rechargeable battery selectively provides power to the auger.

A system includes a cooking chamber defining a space for food to be cooked, a firepot inside the cooking chamber that is configured to utilize pelletized fuel to provide heat or smoke within the cooking chamber for cooking the food, and a fuel hopper defining a storage space for the pelletized fuel before delivery to the firepot. SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REGULATING THE FLOW OF SMOKE IN AN INDOOR SMOKER
An indoor smoker includes a smoking chamber fluidly coupled with an exhaust duct comprising a catalytic converter. A smoke regulating assembly selectively directs a flow of smoke through the smoking chamber and/or the exhaust duct. The smoke regulating assembly includes an outer housing defining an inlet aperture and an outlet aperture and a firebox positioned within the outer housing and defining a smoldering chamber. A control cylinder is rotatably mounted within the outer housing and around the firebox, the control cylinder defining a plurality of flow regulating apertures and being rotatable to selectively align the flow regulating apertures with the inlet aperture and the outlet aperture to regulate a flow of fresh air and the flow of smoke.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REGULATING THE FLOW OF SMOKE IN AN INDOOR SMOKER
An indoor smoker includes a smoking chamber fluidly coupled with an exhaust duct comprising a catalytic converter. A smoke regulating assembly selectively directs a flow of smoke through the smoking chamber and/or the exhaust duct. The smoke regulating assembly includes an outer housing defining an inlet aperture and an outlet aperture and a firebox positioned within the outer housing and defining a smoldering chamber. A control cylinder is rotatably mounted within the outer housing and around the firebox, the control cylinder defining a plurality of flow regulating apertures and being rotatable to selectively align the flow regulating apertures with the inlet aperture and the outlet aperture to regulate a flow of fresh air and the flow of smoke.
Smoker Apparatus for Burner Grill
Disclosed are smoker apparatuses that are selectively insertable into and removable from a burner grill. The removable smoker apparatuses can comprise a body including an outer wall defining an internal cavity. The body can comprise a plurality of slits disposed within the outer wall. The removable smoker apparatuses can further comprise a door attached to a first end of the body via a hinge member, the door configured to transition the smoker apparatus from an open configuration to a closed configuration. The removable smoker apparatus can also comprise a hook attached to a second end of the body, the hook configured to removably couple with a receiving portion of the burner grill.

The present invention relates to the technical field of ovens, and more particularly, to a smokeless oven with a smoking function, which comprises an oven body, wherein a smoking box is arranged in the oven body; the body walls of the oven body are provided with an air-introducing assembly and a smoke-exhausting assembly; both the air-introducing assembly and the smoke-exhausting assembly are communicated with the exterior and interior of the oven body; a filter is arranged in the smoke-exhausting assembly; according to the present invention, the air-introducing assembly provides fresh air to the smoking box and controls the supply of the air; the smoke to be exhausted is filtered through the smoke-exhausting assembly; the process of producing smoke can be controlled, the smoke can be prevented from being directly exhausted to the environment, and a safe and eco-friendly use can be achieved.
