SMOKELESS OVEN WITH SMOKING FUNCTION
The present invention relates to the technical field of ovens, and more particularly, to a smokeless oven with a smoking function, which comprises an oven body, wherein a smoking box is arranged in the oven body; the body walls of the oven body are provided with an air-introducing assembly and a smoke-exhausting assembly; both the air-introducing assembly and the smoke-exhausting assembly are communicated with the exterior and interior of the oven body; a filter is arranged in the smoke-exhausting assembly; according to the present invention, the air-introducing assembly provides fresh air to the smoking box and controls the supply of the air; the smoke to be exhausted is filtered through the smoke-exhausting assembly; the process of producing smoke can be controlled, the smoke can be prevented from being directly exhausted to the environment, and a safe and eco-friendly use can be achieved.
Smoke-Producing Device for an Outdoor Grill
A re-useable smoke-producing device for use in burning pre-soaked wood chips on an outdoor propane or charcoal grill, with the device being made of a stainless steel cylinder with holes punched in a pattern on the body of the cylinder and the base of the cylinder, with the holes of a size and pattern that allow for optimal smoke production. The device stands upright on a grill surface, is open on the top end, and allows for the grill cover to be closed over the device. The device has a handle for safe and convenient removal of the device from the grill.

Smoke generation cooking system and methods
Embodiments are directed to smoking food in an outdoor grill using a customized smoking routine. In one scenario, an electronic controller of an outdoor grill receives an input to initiate smoke generation according to a specified smoke generation pattern, including: adding a specified amount of combustible pellets to a combustion area within the outdoor grill, such that the combustible pellets begin to burn, measuring a current internal temperature of the outdoor grill and, if below a threshold value, adding a specified amount of additional combustible pellets to the combustion area sufficient to raise the temperature to another threshold value, allowing the internal temperature to cool a temperature below the first threshold value and, upon determining that the temperature of the outdoor grill has cooled below the first specified threshold value, adding additional combustible pellets to the combustion area sufficient to raise the temperature to at least the second threshold value.

COOKING APPARATUS WITH REFUEL CHUTE
A barbecue smoker device for cooking food includes a container, a heat source disposed in the container, and a fuel chute coupled to the container. The fuel chute includes a door panel, a hinge mechanism, and a back panel coupled to the door panel. The fuel chute is rotatable between an open position and a closed position. In the open position the fuel chute receives a supply of fuel, and in the closed position the fuel chute directs the supply of fuel to a fuel basket.

Geo-fence enabled system, apparatus, and method for outdoor cooking and smoking
An outdoor system for cooking and/or smoking food in which a smart phone, remote or other hand-held wireless device can be used to start the cooking and/or smoking unit. To allow the unit to he started remotely, or to permit one or more other operations to he remotely activated, the system first determines whether the hand-held device is within a predetermined geo-fence boundary distance of the cooking an or smoking unit and/or determines whether one or more other status criteria are met.

Modular smoker
A modular smoker includes a base portion having a through bore extending from a first end of the base portion to a second end of the base portion, wherein the through bore is configured to define a shelf between the first end and the second end, a top portion configured to be removably coupled with the base portion, wherein the top portion has a through bore extending from a first end of the top portion to an opposite second end of the top portion in a first direction, and a screen configured to be held on the shelf of the through bore between the first end and the second end of the base portion. The through bore of the base portion is configured to define a chamber for receiving a combustible material on the screen between the first end and the second end of the base portion, the through bore of the base portion is configured to permit a flow of smoke from the combustible material out the through bore of the base portion at the second end of the base portion, and the second end of the body member is configured to rest on a rim of a container to block the flow of air from the container where a surface of the second end of the body member contacts the rim.
