Electric smoker
An electric food smoker is disclosed that includes a smoker chamber for holding food to be smoked, a wood compartment for holding smoke producing material to generate smoke, a chamber coil in the smoker chamber to control cooking temperature, and a wood coil in the wood compartment to control temperature for generating smoke. The wood compartment is separated from the smoker chamber. The wood compartment can be located in and insulated from the smoker chamber. The wood compartment can have vents allowing smoke to exit into the smoker chamber. The wood coil can have multiple temperature settings to control the amount of smoke generated; or can have a high smoke setting for generating more smoke and a normal smoke setting for generating less smoke. The chamber coil can maintain the cooking temperature in the smoker chamber regardless of the temperature setting for the wood coil.
PELLET SMOKER
A floor and an upright sidewall formed from two vertically coaxial components, each component having a floor baffle with a plurality of floor openings defined therein, each floor retained within a respective upright sidewall with a plurality of sidewall openings defined therein. The floor openings and the sidewall openings cooperate between the two coaxial components such that flow of gases through the floor and upright sidewall of the baffle structure is controlled by rotation of the two vertically coaxial components relative to one another.

SMOKE INJECTOR FOR A FOOD PRODUCT
A device for injecting dry smoke into a food product is disclosed. The device includes a smoke injector having an external wall with a plurality of apertures formed therein that communicate with a smoke-injector conduit. The smoke-injector conduit is in fluid communication with a smoke reservoir that houses dry smoking media therein. A fan directs dry smoke produced from said dry smoking media into the smoke-injector conduit such that the dry smoke is eluted through said plurality of apertures in order to introduce said dry smoke to an interior of the food product when impaled by said smoke injector.

Gravity Fed Smoker
A gravity fed smoker includes a smoking enclosure and an external stack. The stack is double walled with an inner wall, and an outer wall. A vented cooling space exists between the inner wall and the outer wall. An inner chamber of the external stack includes a fire box with a fire grate and a feed hopper positioned above the fire box. A smoke tunnel with a series of openings for releasing smoke into the smoking enclosure extends along the bottom of the food smoking enclosure and is connected to the external fire box at one end. Fuel, including charcoal, lump coal, or wood pellets, is loaded into the feed hopper. As the fuel burns on the fire grate and turns to ashes, the fuel is fed from the hopper onto the fire grate by gravity. A fan and dampers controls air flow through the fire grate and into the smoke tunnel.

Barbecue oven having circulation control
A barbecue oven for cooking foods includes a housing including a fire chamber and a cooking chamber. A duct connects the fire chamber to the cooking chamber for passage of heated air and smoke from the fire chamber to the cooking chamber. A vessel is receivable in the fire chamber and adapted to hold combustible material therein to generate heat and smoke for cooking food in the cooking chamber. A shutter assembly is mounted on the housing and manually operable to selectively permit a flow of ambient air directly into the fire chamber to facilitate combustion of combustible material in the vessel when the vessel is received in the fire chamber to generate heat and smoke for cooking food in the cooking chamber.
Smoker gun
A smoking appliance in the form of a smoker gun. The appliance includes a major body portion (111) that releasably receives a barrel. The barrel provides an air flow passage that extends from an inlet opening to an outlet opening. Mounted in the barrel is a combustion bowl having an opening through which smoke is delivered to the air flow passage. A motor and impeller driven thereby causes air to flow along the air flow passage.
