COCKTAIL SMOKING CHIMNEYS AND METHODS FOR INFUSING SMOKE INTO COCKTAILS, BEVERAGES AND ALCOHOLIC DRINKS
A cocktail smoking chimney for infusing smoke into a beverage includes a sealing base having a center and an outer perimeter. A chimney stack is aligned with the center of the sealing base and projects from a top major surface of the sealing base. A combustion chamber is disposed within the chimney stack. A smoke directing lip is aligned with the center of the sealing base and projects from a bottom major surface of the sealing base. The combustion chamber is aligned with the smoke directing lip. One or more smoke transfer openings are formed in the sealing base, each having an upper end in fluid communication with the combustion chamber and a lower end that is surrounded by the smoke directing lip. The sealing base, the chimney stack, and the smoke directing lip are made of wood. A combustible material may be packed into the combustion chamber.
GRILL SYSTEMS
Cooking devices and methods of cooking are provided. The cooking devices can include a housing defining an interior cooking chamber, a fan disposed within the interior cooking chamber, a smoke unit coupled to an exterior of the housing, and a smoke channel at least partially defined by a contour of the housing. The smoke unit is configured to generate smoke. The smoke channel has a first end in fluid communication with an interior of the smoke unit and a second end terminating within the interior cooking chamber proximate the fan such that a low-pressure zone created by operation of the fan causes smoke generated by the smoke unit to be drawn into the interior cooking chamber.

Pellet smoker
A floor and an upright sidewall formed from two vertically coaxial components, each component having a floor baffle with a plurality of floor openings defined therein, each floor retained within a respective upright sidewall with a plurality of sidewall openings defined therein. The floor openings and the sidewall openings cooperate between the two coaxial components such that flow of gases through the floor and upright sidewall of the baffle structure is controlled by rotation of the two vertically coaxial components relative to one another.

APPARATUS AND METHOD OF PRODUCING SMOKE FOR THE TREATMENT OF FOODSTUFFS
A method of producing smoke for the treatment of foodstuffs, the method comprising the steps of providing a supply of sugar alcohol, and heating the sugar alcohol to produce a gaseous product containing vapours and particulate materials. The method further comprises filtering the gaseous product to remove substantially all of the particulate materials and any toxic gases present wherein, in use, an odourless and flavourless smoke is produced.
