Recirculation grill with mobile platform
A mobile recirculation grill platform includes: a stationary frame formed of modular frame segments configured to support a cooktop and internal grill components; a mounting slot defined on each of modular frame segments extending a length of the frame segment; and a mobile frame formed of modular frame segments and slidably connected to the stationary frame, the mobile frame configured to support a plurality of the internal grill components. The mobile frame is configured to slide in and out of the stationary frame. Each modular frame segment extends a length that is configured to be customizable, can be capped by a connecter positioned at each end of the modular frame segment and configured to mount within the mounting slot of another modular frame segment. Each connector includes protrusions spaced apart to define channels therebetween configured to engage and mount within the mounting slot of another modular frame segment.

Smoker oven with improved air flow
A solid fuel smoker oven having a cooking chamber and a heat source chamber separated by a vertical divider. The heat source chamber includes a gas fired firebox to burn solid fuel. The cooking chamber comprises air channels defined by perforated wall panels comprising calibrated orifices that vary in size from the top of the channel to the bottom to allow air flow and temperatures inside the cooking chamber to be balanced. A fan in the cooking chamber draws heat and smoke emissions from the firebox and directs them into the air channels and recycles the heated air and smoke through the heat source chamber, which limits heat and smoke escape and maximizes temperature stability inside the oven. The fan also functions as a spark arrestor.

TIME ACCELERATED ENHANCED-TENDERNESS COOKING PROCESS
Apparatus and associated methods relate to producing jerky by marinating and cooking a sliced piece of meat in a period of time less than 1 hour. In an illustrative example, the sliced piece of meat may marinate for a time between 3 minutes to 5 minutes. The sliced piece of meat may then cook for 30 minutes, for example, at a temperature of about 350-degrees Fahrenheit. The sliced piece of meat may include a dimension between about 1/7 and about 1/9 of an inch. Advantageously, a user may fully prepare a sliced piece of tender jerky in less than 1 hour.

SMOKER WITH VARIABLE CONFIGURATION
A system includes a smoker having a cooking chamber and a firebox in fluid communication with the cooking chamber. The system includes a cooking grate within the cooking chamber, a first exhaust opening in the cooking chamber proximate the firebox, and a plurality of generally horizontal baffles below the cooking grate. At least one of these is situated near the firebox to direct smoke away from the firebox before it rises above a level of the cooking grate.
Grill Smoker Apparatus
A grill smoker apparatus provides a container and a cover. A carrier is disposed in the container. The carrier is configured to store smoke producing material such as wood chips. The carrier may be removable from the container for filling the container, for emptying the container, for replacing the container or for cleaning the smoker apparatus. The carrier includes an outer dimension smaller than the inner dimension of the container. As such, a carrier gap is defined between the inner container wall and the outer region of the carrier. The carrier gap may form a uniform, annular gap in some embodiments. Alternatively, the carrier gap has a non-uniform radial dimension around the perimeter of the container. The carrier gap provides enhanced airflow to the smoke producing material in the carrier for improving smoker performance. A heat concentrator also focuses heat to the smoker apparatus for igniting the smoke producing material.

Smoker box with integrated humidifier
A smoker box and humidifier for a barbecue grill has a container body having a top and at least one and preferably a plurality of top opening at its top. Isolated compartments are provided in the container body. At least one of the isolated compartments is capable of holding wood chips or the like for producing a flavoring smoke, and at least one of compartments is capable of holding a liquid separate from but in close proximity to the wood chips or the like. The compartments in the container body are positioned such that, when the smoker box is heated, both the flavoring smoke and moistening vapors produced in the compartments of the container body circulate up through the top openings in the top of said container body. The container body can include a drawer with isolated compartments, which can be pulled out to replenish spent wood chips and fluids.
