A method for producing a sterilized container comprises: providing a preform having a hanger arranged on a bottom of the preform, heating the preform in a heating device, feeding the heated preform into a stretching and blowing apparatus, stretching and blowing the preform in the stretching and blowing apparatus such that the container for the infusion solution is formed from the preform, cleaning the formed container in a rinsing apparatus, and drying the cleaned container in a drying device, filling the cleaned and dried container at least with an infusion solution, via a filling opening present in the container, in a filling plant, closing the container by attaching a closure cap to the filling opening of the container, sterilizing the closed container in an autoclave, wherein the hanger of the preform is oriented and folded over by a bending apparatus prior to stretching and blowing in the stretching and blowing apparatus.

The disclosure relates to a fiber material for producing a container, wherein the fiber material comprises fiber structures for ensuring a predetermined stability of a container produced from the fiber material. Furthermore, the disclosure relates to a method for producing a container using the fiber material, and container comprising the fiber material.

A method of sterilizing a bottle includes steps of: sterilizing bacteria adhering to a preform (1) made of resin by gasifying a sterilizer, discharging a sterilized gas (G) from a nozzle (6) toward a preform, now traveling, so as to adhere to the preform (1); activating the sterilizer adhering to the preform by blasting hot air (P) to the preform; sterilizing the bacteria adhering to the preform, and removing the sterilizer adhering to the preform (1); heating the preform to a temperature suitable for blow-molding treatment; and blow-molding the preform within a mold (4) to mold the preform into a bottle (2), wherein the above steps are performed sequentially in order. According to the above-mentioned steps, the sterilizer does not enter a blow-molding machine.

A heating apparatus and heating method for preforms that heat a sterilized preform to a temperature at which the preform can be molded into a bottle in an aseptic atmosphere. Additionally, an aseptic blow molding machine and an aseptic blow molding method that can mold the sterilized preform into a bottle in the aseptic atmosphere, and can take out the bottle from a bottle molding machine in a state where the sterility of the bottle is maintained. A chamber covering a heating unit that heats the preform is provided, and a sterilizing apparatus that sterilizes the inside of the chamber, and an aseptic air supplying apparatus for maintaining the sterility are provided. Additionally, a chamber covering a molding unit that molds the preform into a bottle is provided, a sterilizing apparatus that sterilizes the inside of the chamber, and an aseptic air supplying apparatus for maintaining the sterility are provided.

Gas, which remains in the head space after the end of the filling process, is replaced by a purge gas, and a form-filling machine is provided to produce and to fill containers made of preforms.

A preform is sterilized by a preform sterilizer. The preform is blow-molded by a blow-molding device to manufacture a container. Next, the container is filled with a culture medium by a filling device without sterilizing the container by a container sterilizer, and the container is plugged by a plugging device. Thereafter, it is verified how much microorganism survive or propagate in the culture medium in the container. A degree of sterilization in the container sterilizer is adjusted on the basis of a verification result.

A method for handling at least sectionally sterile workpieces having a filiable inner volume, wherein the workpieces are each connected to a closure device, and by which the workpieces are guided through a plurality of treatment stations. One of the stations is a sterilization unit, wherein in at least one of the treatment stations, a treatment member is moved through a passage opening of the closure device all the way into the inner volume of the workpiece. The passage opening of the closure device is closed off by a closure element, which opens when the treatment member moves through and closes again upon removal of the member, wherein the closure device sealingly closes the inner volume of the workpiece with respect to an external region.
