MOULDING DEVICE FOR MOULDING A CONTAINER STARTING WITH A PARISON IN PLASTIC MATERIAL AND MOULDING MACHINE COMPRISING THIS DEVICE
Moulding device (1) for moulding a container starting with a parison (3) in plastic material, comprising: two half-moulds (4a, 4b), which may be joined to define at least one housing cavity (5) for the parison (3); a blowing nozzle (6) applicable on the neck (3b) of the parison (3); a plasma generator (8) receiving a blowing fluid at a pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure and supplying plasma at a pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure to the blowing nozzle (6), so that the plasma is blown into the parison (3) placed in the housing cavity (5) to mould it and to decontaminate it.
MOULDING DEVICE FOR MOULDING A CONTAINER STARTING WITH A PARISON IN PLASTIC MATERIAL, MOULDING METHOD AND MOULDING MACHINE
(1) for moulding a container starting with a parison (3) in plastic material, comprising: two half-moulds (4a, 4b) defining at least one housing cavity (5) for the parson (3); a stretching rod (23), made of metal material and insertable into said parson (3) to stretch it; a hollow body (25), made of metal material, sized so as to envelop at least partially the parison (3) placed in said housing cavity (5), a voltage difference being applied between the stretching rod (23) and the hollow body (25) so as to generate a plasma inside said housing cavity (5), said plasma having a pressure equal to or higher than the atmospheric pressure.
METHOD FOR MOULDING AND STERILIZING A CONTAINER MADE OF PLASTIC MATERIAL, DEVICE FOR MOULDING AND STERILIZING A CONTAINER MADE OF PLASTIC MATERIAL AND MOULDING AND STERILIZING MACHINE
Method for moulding and sterilizing a container made of plastic material, comprising the steps of: opening a mould (4) made of metal material; inserting a parison (3) into the mould (4); closing the mould (4); inserting a stretching rod (23) made of metal material into the parison (3); blowing and stretching the parison (3) in such a manner as to obtain the container; keeping the stretching rod (23) inside the moulded container; evacuating the blowing fluid; applying a voltage difference between the stretching rod (23) and the closed mould (4) in such a manner as to transform the fluid at atmospheric pressure remaining inside the moulded container into plasma.
Apparatus and a method for processing beverage containers
An apparatus for processing containers having a transport device which transports the containers to be processed along a predefined transport path has at least one processing device which is configured to process a container in a predefined manner, wherein the apparatus has a movement device, having at least one first guide cam and at least one guide roller which is configured to roll relative to the guide cam. The apparatus also has a detection device which is configured to detect at least one measurement value which is characteristic of a running property of the guide roller relative to the guide cam, and an evaluation device which is configured to evaluate this detected measurement value taking into account at least one further operating value characteristic of the operation of the apparatus.
Means of sterilizing the stretching means of a container molding device, and container manufacturing installation
The present invention relates to an installation for manufacturing containers made of thermoplastic material, having a sterilizing mode and a production mode. The installation comprising a molding machine, a transfer means, and a decontamination device. The molding machine is equipped with at least one molding device having stretching means, and the molding device is designed to manufacture by stretch blow molding said containers from preforms when the installation is in production mode. The transfer means conveys the manufactured containers between the molding machine and a second downstream machine when the installation is in production mode. The decontamination device introduces the sterilizing agent into at least one sterilizing preform during the sterilizing mode. The installation further comprises removal means that can be actuated in sterilizing mode to remove the hollow bodies from the transfer means upstream from the second machine.
PROCESS AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING CONTAINERS FOR IRRIGATION APPLICATION ON A PRODUCTION LINE FOR PRODUCING INFUSION CONTAINERS
A process for producing a container includes the steps of: selecting, in a mold selection step, a mold for a base container from a group of molds consisting of molds for a base container for infusion application and molds for a base container for irrigation, mold blowing, preferably extrusion mold blowing, in a blowing step, the base container in the mold, such that the base container has at least one opening, removing, in a removal step, the base container from the mold, filling, in a filling step, the base container with a liquid, closing, in a closing step, the base container so as to form the produced container, sterilizing, in a sterilization step, the produced container. The container is suitable for infusion application or for irrigation application.
Plant and Method for Producing and Treating Containers
A plant for producing and treating containers includes a clean room, a production machine for producing preforms, a blow-molding machine arranged downstream of the production machine for shaping the preforms into containers and a container treatment machine arranged downstream of the blow-molding machine for treating the containers. The production machine, the blow-molding machine and the container treatment machine are arranged in the clean room, and each component of the production machine, the blow-molding machine and the container treatment machine that comes into physical contact with a preform or a container consists of or comprises sterilization-proof material.
Aseptic filling method and aseptic filling machine
A preform is heated, the heated preform is sealed in a sealing apparatus including a neck portion mold, a trunk portion mold and a bottom portion mold at a predetermined temperature range, and the heated preform sealed in the molds is blow-molded into a bottle. Any molded bottle is removed if the mold surface temperature of the neck portion mold, the trunk portion mold and the bottom portion mold are outside of the predetermined temperature range. A sterilizer is blasted to any molded bottle not removed when the mold surface temperature of all of the molds is in the predetermined temperature range.
